This is intentional. For temporarily closed shops, I wanted to make sure the link was non-functional to avoid traffic to those shops (even if someone might be confused) without removing it outright.

However, given that many shops in the directory have either been “temporarily” closed for a very long time, or have gone inactive, I have done a long-overdue purge of shops that haven't seen a lot of activity in the last few months. At least a dozen shops were removed, so this isn't much of a directory anymore, but that can't be helped.
