Add a Contact Us link to bans and warnings.
I'm not sure if this is a duplicate or not, but here's my suggestion:
As far as I know, there's not a Contact Us linked to a warning or ban message.
But there should be one because most people go to the forums to talk about it, (I was the same once) but they don't really know that that is more of a Contact Us situation.
I think it should be like this:
What do you think?

Credit to Za-Chary for the suggestion to change the message.
You have been banned for stealing grilled cheese:
(detailed message about ban)
If you have any questions about this alert, please use Contact Us

Add a Contact Us link to bans and warnings.
Semi-support
For Warnings, this could be helpful.
However, bans have an Appeal form at the bottom which is essentially the same thing as Contact Us.

I think the current wording would sort of implicitly encourage Scratchers to use Contact Us unnecessarily. No doubt that some people would read it, then assume that their alert must be a mistake, so they'd use Contact Us. But Scratchers who receive alerts should at least do some self-reflection to think about why they may have received that alert in the first place.
I'd maybe suggest the following rewording: “If you have any questions about this alert, please use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the Scratch webpage to ask.”
What I'd also be nervous about, however, is that regardless of the wording, the Contact Us link leads to this page which has a prominent link to the Questions about Scratch forum (and prompts users to ask the community about “anything” related to Scratch). Could this be why we see forum posts about bans/warnings? Would your proposed suggestion somehow fix this?

Semi-supportappeals don't work often

Well, usually because ST bans people for good reasons. They get all the messages from Appeals I'm sure; the appeals just might not properly apologize for the banned user's actions.Semi-supportappeals don't work often
