I think it's because its inconsistent and they didn't try it yet. Also, is your suggestion to add it as the title makes it seem like it is a question.

OK, thanks for the clarification.
No support, AI moderation may be quick, but most of the time, it triggers by a user saying “I enjoy cheddar cheese.”

Semi-Support not sure how reliable AI is. Maybe they could use AI to “flag” suspicious posts but not like mute or ban someone for human review.

Edit: Found it, very old topic though, hasn't received any posts since 2020.

Comments, Profile Bio, Forum Posts, Project titles, Instructions, Notes and Credits, Studio title/desc: Already Implemented through filters.
Everything Else: No support.
AI may not be always accurate as some may think something is inappropriate but really it was only what it looked like and the AI cannot easily detect that so please do not turn Scratch into Roblox by making poor automated moderation that doesn’t even accurately keep the platform “safe for kids”, let alone age checks.

ANOTHER REASON
Sometimes, moderators see something really traumatizing when reviewing projects.

AI moderation should not be added to scratch, not because it’s an LLM
but because of the controversies surrounding it

ANOTHER REASONYes, that's a very good reason. But again, It gets triggered easily. I know someone who got banned from another platform for one day for saying “ok?” Also, AI moderation would cause the website to go through a ton of backlash.

Absolutely not, AI is dumb, plus every single topic about AI turns into flame wars.
