I want messages to be more clear when closing a topic for dupes, rejections, and suggestion list. Here is the new closing replys from the ST:

I think especially the new rejected suggestion reply is more helpful, especially to Scratchers who are new to the forums. Support!

I noticed some of them use it and some of copy-paste messages don't. Also when a ST member says use Contact Us it should be a hyperlink

They currently use TLORS and the directory for suggestion lists, but not rejected or duplicate suggestions.
