Despite having older and slower parts, the laptop is actually a lot better to use due to the extra ram and a better screen. You'll also notice that I have both the IGPU and DGPU enabled on both - this lets me have more speed because I run 90% of apps on the IGPU, and graphics stuff on the DGPU (It also has better battery life as the DGPU can sleep on the laptop). Both additionally have remote login enabled, and connect to a raspberry pi 4 model B with 10TB of disk for many things.

J3710 only supports 8GB

But I am glad to see that DDR3L RAM is still cheap
