not like there's a significant difference between either gender, considering you can edit pronouns and event outfits manually
if you have someone that's trans on your island just set it to their preferred gender

well you kinda can, as unlike in the first game you can change the gender of a mii

it took a day for one of my couples to ask to have a baby and 6ish days for one of my other couples to ask to have a baby.
