This may kinda be a little out there but I've been thinking about this a lot. I think it would be cool if Scratchers could edit the CSS on their profiles and/or their projects. This is of course a terrible idea to give unrestricted CSS access to everyone so it would be a good idea to restrict it from students, New Scratchers, and maybe it could be a possibility to make it a paid feature. It would also be a good idea to restrict off-site URLS and some tags to prevent spam, and other harmful things being displayed on the platform.

It wasn't even supposed to be there, it was a CSS injection vulnerability.

Scratch is focused on block-based programming and simplicity. I don't think CSS editing really fits in with what Scratch is all about.
