Move camera to (Home v) :: #517af5
Set (color v) effect for (home v) to (0) :: #517af5
Change (color v) effect for (home v) by (10) :: #517af5

You can see it here or see some blocks by:

1. Press here.
   
2. Press "add extension on the bottom left corner.
   
3. Find “Stage Camera”.
   
4. Press it!

Short:yes, there are the offset(X, Y)vars.

also, i'm thinking that with this new camera extension, the playback doesn't have to be on the stage but can be on a sprite instead.
