Does anyone have any good ideas for a game I could make, I want it to be similar to the Pong and Snake games I made, not too complicated like chess, tic tac toe, pack man, clicker games, and tetris.

Why not try Dino Game or a Clasic Platformer? I have lots of simple but fun projects shared maybe try one of those.
