MAny people say its companies. Many say its our projects , what is scrratch training the ai on???
If theyre training on our projects i will leave scratch.

Right now I don't think that an AI is being trained off projects, aside from AIs that are training off the entire internet (i.e, chatgpt and its ilk). Not to say they wont in the future, but right now its not happening.

Scratch isn't training AI on anything.

They even specified why they don't need to use training to make a pretrained chatbot that runs off of Javascript code.

A lot of the stuff about Scratch doing AI training is mostly based off of assumptions on what they could technically do, and a lot of the AI conversation has escalated to the point of a good chunk of it being misinformation.

They also made posts in that thread where they talked about how most of the ToS changes were mainly to be able to deal with AI issues and companies that try to avoid detection on their non-consentual training.
