As said in the title, I am looking for a concise list of fandoms scratch has blanket banned. I already know Sprunki, Squid Game, and probably HH.

i doubt as that's like making a list of bad words

HH is definitely banned.

Besides the ones you listed, I'm not aware of any others specifically, but anything with an 18+ rating is banned.

I'm pretty sure that the list would be pretty extensive if you did that, to the point of it not being practical. It's like saying that you want to make a list of every allowed word.

It would probably be good to assume that if it's an 18+ franchise, it's not allowed, and that if it's a 13+ franchise that encourages kids to post a large amount of inappropriate projects, like Sprunki and FNaF (well, it's NFEd, not banned, but you get what I mean), then that would also count towards a ban.

their used to be a topic that had all the banned fandoms but it was sadly dustbinned because of the fear that kids could see it and look up the franchises

I DONT THINK THERE IS any official list but you can find plenty unofficial lists that are pretty good. Just assume any horror game is banned and just don’t say the name and only say the name of the name of the creator in the credits

What's NFE?

There used to be a list, but it got deleted probably due to fear that kids may look up the franchises. Do note that banned fandoms (HH, Squid Game, Sprunki, etc) are NOT the same as NFE’d fandoms (FNAF, DDLC, etc).

Good point. But I was asking because if I wanted to make a project based on the characters of a piece of media that's mature without including the mature content, would I have a good chance of getting banned? It's better to be safe then sorry.

NFE is Not for Everyone. You're allowed to make projects featuring NFE'd fandoms as long as they stay appropriate, but they don't show up in the search bar or anything and can only be accessed through the owner's profile page.

NFE is for fandoms that are not necessarily appropriate for all ages (e.g. certain 13+ franchises) but aren't bad enough to be outright banned, so they are allowed but act almost unlisted in a way.

NFE projects can also be accessed through favorited/loved projects of other users and a lot of the normal ways that projects get linked outside of search.

There was a topic from cheezychikensss (or someone similar) which got dustbinned in early february.
ST was fearing that naive users would search them up.

NFE: Polandballs, Countryballs, and anything closely related to the r/Polandball subreddit; FNAF, KPOP among others
