What does “foreign country” mean? I’m not from the United States, but my dad Mike always warned me not to share personal information with strangers online like in my hometown. So, in my Scratch account settings, I deliberately chose a country where I could be sure I didn’t live. I want to know if you agree with my request. To fully explain what is happening, I have to split the story into four parts. The sequence of events seemed interesting enough to be worth sharing on social media and other online platforms. Also, about the “store” you mentioned: if it's really a physical business, why doesn't it have an official website or contact form? Why is it called “Alliance”? As far as I know, the term “alliance” between supermarkets usually refers to a conglomerate (like Taco Bell) or alliance in times of war. A friend of mine, John, suspected that the store he was in did not indicate his address. According to him, it wasn’t a contract, but a “webring”, and I couldn’t quite understand what that meant. It is not a physical store. This is scratch, a website designed for kids. This is in the requests section of the forums, where you request stuff, not buy stuff. Read the stickies, they say this (what shops are). If you were not going to share personal info, why did you mention your father, friend and a shop that is likely suggested for your country? Some of these shops are partnered, not in an alliance. If this John bloke told you about his Cleck shop, why did you not just ask him what he meant by that? Why would we want to know your father and mate's names for no reason (especially considering my previous similar argument)?
