I am requesting a function, f(a, b, c), such that f(a, b, c) will return a unit vector that points from a to the fastest possible unit translation of a to reach b, c is the level sprite which may not intersect with the unit circle centered at point a. Please tell me what specific part of that you would like me to elaborate upon if you still do not understand.
