I would assume as long as they don't offer real money and are clearly not based off real gambling methods they would be okay.

Games with gambling or casion themes are allowed but…

• They must NOT offer real gambling

No, unless “gambling” is a feature of the game, and you don't call it gambling, then there's a chance you'll pass. If gambling IS the game, then no. Also, if you wouldn't show it to an 8 year old, it's not appropriate for Scratch.

I think gambling would bet perfectly okay?
It just like a game of chance, just like any kids games. As long as it’s not real currency it’s fine. I honestly don’t get why there’s a debate about this to be honest

Yes, as long as there’s no real risk involved and it doesn’t include inappropriate behaviors in casinos. You might get a better chance at passing if you don’t call it gambling, but maybe that’s just me being too cautious.
