I am aware that this was the SDS of late 2018, but I think it would still be a nice idea to add it. Because spring is quite bouncy!

Not many scratchers are still around from 2018, so it would be reasonable to repeat it.

It currently has 3 parts in it, with a sign-up and some fanart also in the studio. There are rules about what projects can be added, namely that people have to add projects that take effort and are about Paper Countryballs.
