I contacted SimEx-Iwerks about Pokemon 4D: Pikachu's Ocean Adventure. And someone who works for that company said that they didn't retain a copy of the whole film. However, the same person also said “Hopefully a copy survives somewhere with the Pokémon organization.”. Does this mean that Game Freak has a copy of it?

Rippling romance: The lost Oscar nominee. Rippling romance is a 1945 cartoon directed by Bob Wickersham. In the 1946 Oscars, it was a nominee. Sometime in the 90s, Colombia (releaser of the color rhapsody series) started restoring their cartoons. Out of those near 200 cartoons, 26 cartoons were missing in some form. Sadly, rippling romance was one of the completely lost cartoons. However More has been found, like the soundtrack and the poster. No video is known to exist of the film.
