My browser / operating system: IPad iOS 26.4.1, ChromeiOS 147.0.7727.47, No Flash version detected

So, I was creating a custom block and was getting ready to type but accidentally pressed enter before I could type anything (thus, the custom block name was blank.) Then, all of the blocks in the panel just got all smooshed together near the top. They were all in the same spot on the screen. Then, when I went to delete the custom block by dragging it back to the panel, the panel just disappeared! I had to refresh the whole page before it started working again.
Is this because of the new update?

Previously, I'm pretty sure you were allowed to create a custom block with an empty name just fine.
Anyway since the update it now causes bugs and throws an error. Edit: only after having a custom block already

Cannot replicate. I created a custom block with a blank name and nothing happened.

If you create another custom block first, and then make a blank-named block, what happens?
