This is misinformation. I've contacted the ST multiple times and have gotten responses usually within a couple weeks of the message that they recieved my message. They don't use AI for this, they have a hotkey system that they use to respond to emails and bans manually.

You’re fine. I do want to make a good point, though (and please do not get angry; I want to help.)
People were just kindly correcting what you were saying; there’s no need to get angry just because of that. Everyone makes mistakes, so learn from those mistakes, and people shouldn’t continue to correct you about what you did wrong.
So, in the future, instead of getting angry immediately, think about what the person said you did and then reflect on that. The more you do that, the less people may correct you (which is a good thing, right?)
