Ok, I’m not usually one to complain, but I placed my order WEEKS AGO and NOBODY HAS TAKEN IT (the deadline was 2 weeks ToT)

Well, sorry for nobody taking your order, but the deadline for orders starts the moment the order was taken, so the deadline of 2 weeks you set doesn't count.

Yes and we're really sorry this is happening. Sadly, our shop and the shop ecosystem as a whole is enduring an era of too many orders, too few volunteers.
