I don't think so, nintendo wouldn't want to let people play that game so easily since it's much more well known than mario vs donkey kong. I think nintendo didn't care about lost sales of mario vs dk since it probably wouldn't sell that well and it's only 50$

there’s also 3D all stars which every game was marketed as a limited time switch port
And then we got Mario 64 in nsonline and sunshine planned for nsonline too

but both those games were added after 3d all stars was available nintendo wouldn't put them on nso if they were still making good money on them

but those games were ALSO marked as a limited time switch port in 3d all stars made a good amount for Nintendo (over 9 million copies were sold)
