This doesn't 100% mean that Scratch 4.0 will be launched in early 2027. All it says is that Scratch's 20th anniversary is in 2027, and that the Scratch Team is launching Scratch 4.0. These together don't mean that Scratch 4.0 will be launched in that exact timeframe. Currently we don't have any confirmed source as to when Scratch 4.0 will release.
