AnuraOS ( https://anura.pro ) can literally load offline and use v86 and other stuff, but it's primarily for those who are evading school filters, so it's kinda limited towards that purpose

AnuraOS (https://anura.pro) can load offline and run v86, but the people who made it (Titanium Network) created it for school filter evasion, so it's kinda limited towards that purpose.
