So i was on scratch one day and felt like play fake Geometry Dash. I searched it and only found REMIXES of griffpatch's version. Do any of you know why griffpatch's and iPhone's are gone?

Geomotery dash got taken down by the devs of the game since it was a near perfect replica without any type of payment

Yea, but RobTop would never do something like that. And GD Lite has all the levels except Dash and it's FREE. So it wasn't the devs.

I believe it was. GD lite is free but it has ads, scratch's version didn't have ads.

I don't think it's RobTop. I saw a Reddit post on this and everyone thought it was an impersonator. I have a feeling it wasn't RobTop.

I haven't seen an official source for this, but the consensus is that they were removed because of external websites embedding Scratch projects with geometry dash and earning money off it.

Yeah, StrongDogXP has it AND Paper Minecraft. Not only that but they don’t really even give credit, and I bet they don’t have his permission.
It’s sad. It was a great game.

Jokes aside, if Scratch projects couldn't be embedded, let's just say it would still be here.

RobTop took it down. m upset about it since that was the first scratch game i played (before i made an account & bc im a huge GD fan but couldnt play it on my phone in school). DMCAs suck but yk its the brand's IP they can do whatever they want with it until it reaches public domain

Well they did, it was the RobTop devs.

GD lite is you referring to a game made by RobTop That RobTop allowed to have all levels and be free because they made it.

RobTop, the brand behind Geometry Dash, is taking down Scratch games due to Scratch versions of Geometry Dash being used to make bootleg versions of Geometry Dash. All Geometry Dash projects are banned due to this situation, including Griffpatch's version of Geometry Dash.

I'm not very knowledgeable about this situation but copyright reasons is the most likely answer.

Before more of griffpaches games get dealeted lets remex them and downlode them

it might be copyrighted but i remixed it before it got removed so i will check it
