Well, how about we split the task among both of you? @OctopusGhost can do up until midnight (in eastern time,) every 2-3 hours, and @wolf8334 can do the rest of the time until morning. Let me know if that works for both of you.
And I realized that I was being a little vague on what you would need to do, so here’s a better version: You would need to see if there’s any new orders that need attending to. If there are new orders, you could take on the order yourself, if you wish, but if not, you would tell the customer something like “Your order will be checked as soon as possible, but most of our employees are currently sleeping, and can’t take your order just yet.” And as I mentioned, you cannot accept new applicants or do other manager-related tasks.

Yes, you can advertise. I would recommend advertising in your signature and on your profile, if possible. It can get seen more that way.
