Partially allowing Sprunki
I think sprunki is completely banned on Scratch and all projects related to it will be banned.
However, that may not be entirely fair, since there are also vector packs and things alike that are not scary at all and you could make a version without the night mode at all.
Projects that are scary or gory or violent should obviously still be banned.
This is the reasoning with which Scratch Team decided not to ban FNAF.
In my opinion, the same shall apply to Sprunki.

We're not going to ban all FNAF projects out of hand because we think it is possible to make a project about it without going against the Community Guidelines. We will, of course, continue to moderate the site and hope that if you find *any* projects that you think are inappropriate for Scratch, you will click on the report button and let the moderators know.(source)
But step back a bit and evaluate what you are looking at before deciding. Is it really too scary? Or is it just scary because somebody told you that everything FNAF-related is super scary? Try to be objective.

As Sprunki doesnt have the same problem like countryballs, support, it would do a bit of justice for Sprunki's community. And while I don't really like it, I can see creative uses of it on Scratch projects.

agreed, reports should be based on the content of the project, not the franchise it is based on

FNAF is also not banned on Scratch.

Not Support.
It can still lead to inappropiate content, and content like Sprunki can have some bad psychological effects on children.
Not to mention the amount of brainrot… which also has an effect on children.
(I have a very anti-Brainrot therapist)

I don't think that being creative with things related to sprunki (music making games WITHOUT gore, scary things or violence; designing vectors and unique concepts; finding new ways to express yourself) can have more adverse psychological effects on children than the rest of this site.
Also, “brainrot” is subjective and what one calls “brainrot” is really enjoyable to some users.
Many people abuse “brainrot” for franchises they do not like and simply call them stupid by that.
Also, the Scratch Team has said not to ban brainrot on this website in the past.

Not Support.Sprunki most likely has bad psychological effects because of the inappropriate content, and that an appropriate version would more likely not have those bad effects

Adding on to what bitcoinfarmer said, the term “brainrot” can vary between existents/nonexistents. The opinion could be society's average, it could be for one individual, etc

I mean Sprunki brainrot, as in content farms. Many of them are VERY inappropiate as well. Not Support.Sprunki most likely has bad psychological effects because of the inappropriate content, and that an appropriate version would more likely not have those bad effects

Yeah, however the violent, scary and gory content is still banned.
This suggestion is to allow violence and scary mess and gore free sprunki games, vector packs, art and animation.

Fnaf games main reason for being banned was that most fnaf fan games on scratch had jumpscares which scared younger users. Meanwhile sprunki only horror factor is just immense Gore and then sprunki fan games had even worse gore. Even though real fnaf has gore/dark lore atleast it makes it had to find or you have to look really deep into the game or it’s made less extreme, meanwhile a sprunki fan game I once see just had a character with a spike literally going through their eye with extreme detail for no reason. I don’t think sprunki should be unbanned because the game is literally just a gore game. Sure you can allow the characters but if people are wondering what game it comes from, when they try reverse image search it they will probably see gore of a character in the game or a fan game of sprunki.

Stereotyping is literally just racism, like for an example a racist stereotype would be Asian people wearing those straw hats, not all of them do and it’s a racist stereotype

People can still find the gore in sprunki, it’s the main thing that made it popular in the first place. Aswell as that In the end an appropriate version would be just a basic incredibox mod besides the bright colours so what would be the point if you took the main thing out of it.

Sorry, I don't agree here. Sprunki is still a rythm and music game and you can cut out the gore and violence part as that really goes against the community guidelines. There are many versions of this game around and there are already ones that abandoned the night mode fully and focus on the character designs (no gore) and creativity, music.
FNAF is from design purely a horror game in the sense that the backstory is really dark and the fan games are often not about making music but in the same way about scary backstories and jumpscares. Still, people can make absolutely harmless projects out of it.
There are really violent fan games like Sprunki 1996 that (I agree) are harmful here, but those will be still banned for as long as they are scary and gory and therefore inappropiate for children. However, don't make them represent the entire thing.
The fact is that there are extremes (in the bad way) of both games but we did not ban fnaf for them and so neither sall we ban sprunki.
If people wonder what game a FNAF character comes from they will learn about the jumpscares and scary backstory as well.
About the countryballs I agree they promote stereotypes, racism and often show dangerous symbols like swastics without explaination, which might make little children think that this racism is ok or for example hitler is “funny” (which is horrible).
People can cut out the gore part about sprunki and if we get into FNAF here the scary lore and jumpscares made it popular. Similarily, people can still make absolutely harmless FNAF content and so they can make absolutely harmless sprunki content. After looking a bit they can still find the horror part in both games but sprunk is known for the specific music you can make with the characters, the vectors and unique concepts and - yes - the fun bright colors.
This makes it unique and allows lots of creative potential (gore free).

Stereotyping is literally just racism, like for an example a racist stereotype would be Asian people wearing those straw hats, not all of them do and it’s a racist stereotype
your disproving your own argument since you described a racist stereotype leaving room for the existence of a non racist stereotype. also the average person knows that stereotypes are not true and can be humorous. Alternatively people could make countryball projects without stereotypes at all just like how you can make sprunki projects without gore.
however a stereotype can still be hurtful and a kid might not understand it therefore there should be a waning message or something like that to make shure kids understand and most importantly ban all Hitler jokes
