no; there would be no reason to release it there because the code is entirely vanilla, and gl00b does not want people modifying the engine.
also, that mod is not allowed to be mentioned on scratch.

i read the entire explanation and what i got from it is:
raytracing is a buncha dots on your screen that's colored (using pen)
mode7 is for floors and stuff
uhhh i forgot
……….yeah this is kindaaaaaaaaaaaaaa very confusing
this seems like a good “now add some details and you're done” joke because thats what i see
