I am her mom and we are heartbroken that her account has been deleted without warning.
Please can someone advise who could have done this, she has worked so hard on her animations and OC to log in today and find her account has been deleted.

The only people who have her password is FunkiSprunki and me.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

sprunki is a banned fandom on scratch, so that could be a reason as to why she was banned, but you can click here, and it will redirect you to the contact us page for help!

It is because sprunki is banned on scratch, as it is very easy to find violent content from sprunki.

My daughter didn't realise that Sprunki was banned, she would not have made so many Sprunki animations.

But deleting her account without even one warning is mean and cruel as she spent many hours creating animations, one of these beautiful animations was done for her class mates and teacher. She created 27 OC's with specific characteristics for each and every class mate. She was asked to present it in class and I am so proud of all her work and dedication to that project.

Please can her account be recovered and FunkiSprunki123 given access to it. She will not be making more Sprunki Mods or Horror.

We aren't sharing accounts, I am her mother and all her internet access, like scratch account, school email etc…

I thought this wasn't the case for immediate family members too?

Our records show that the account was notified multiple times back in mid 2025 regarding the horror content, with one of those warnings regarding Sprunki content. Below is a copy of the warning regarding the Sprunki content:

The Scratch Team has removed this project because it is inappropriate for the Scratch website. References to SPRUNKI are too intense for a service used by young children. Continuing to share references to SPRUNKI or other disallowed content will result in being permanently blocked from Scratch. Scratch is for kids ages 8 and up, so it's important to keep your content friendly and appropriate for all ages.
