1738 is from a non kid friendly song that i’m not mentioning
67 is a widely spread “brainrot” meme where this kid says 67. it originates from a song in which the singer says “67” for NO REAAAASON (the song isn’t kid friendly but the popular part sure is)
41 is also a brainrot song. watch the short on the ‘tube “41 but i got 41 gold” otherwise known as “did unc snap?” (the song itself is not kid friendly either, AGAINN?!)
21 doesn’t come from youtube i think it’s vine. in that video a guy tells a kid he’s stoopid, and the kid denies it. then the guy asks the kid “what’s 9+10” in which the kid responds with “21?”
1337 is just a funni term that means “elite” (leet)
