It does the same thing as window.navigator.onLine in JavaScript, because it uses that

and weirdly the pfps on profile comments are on top of the username its bug I think
also anyone knows what this new block is I think it detects if the cloud variables are online or if the person is online could hint that scratch is working more on fixing scratch cloud especially because of this new membership
people need to be more online on this changelog
