Why can't I add any cloud variables, and I am not a new Scratcher?

I have started to make a scrolling shooter plane game, there are alot of scripts but im struggling to work with it as whenever i try to do things with costumes it glitches out, say i want to do next costume three times every now and then its does 4 and say im trying to make a plane explode i tell it to switch to an explosion costume but it doesn't im relly stuck and could do with some help. Thankyou

I have a problem with Cloud Data:

I can't change the data in the Cloud Date (including my own projects), and I'm a Scratcher. What do I do?

(I used Google Translate, i'm brazilian)

I noticed new scratchers can use cloud ariables
How?
put a action with cloud variable from other project and cloud variable is created (backpack)
Why this is dangerus to scratch?
when someone (scratcher) starts playing project it can start a “change cloud variable 6459234246928343729462342983642873462…”
and you know what it can do

Try making your car appearance code more compact. Maybe work out a way to store the data with just one cloud variable.

Of course. Most likely you're saying that variables with number names don't work. Try recreating it with regular variables.

Does it say that you're a New Scratcher? Does it say that you have too many cloud variables? How many cloud variables do you have? What's your browser and OS?

Hi, just to inform you that there is a glitch on Cloud Data (On my project) . Everytime someone VIEWS the project the Cloud Data automatically says that the person clicked a button called ‘Go and a button called Stay’. So whether you press these buttons or not the cloud data says you have. This happens every time people click the green flag . (Click the flag and the cloud data goes up)

When I went to one of griffpatch's projects (which involved cloud data) and I was signed in, it gave me the Cloud Data is only available to signed in users message.

One of my older projects, Moving Maze, has a cloud data high score in it. Today I looked at the cloud data history, and it said that there was no cloud data history for that project. Here's a screenshot of that message, and a screenshot of the project, showing the cloud data variable.

Sometimes, In My Project, It Doesn't Saves Properly and Sometimes, it deletes all the data in it.

i cannot delete a cloud variable. it reappears immediately after it is deleted.

also if i rename one of the undeletable variables it creates a second instead of renaming the first
