here i will put some code from my game i'm working on. i dont use discuss that much but if this is in the wrong place, let me know!

when I receive [ game start]
forever
switch costume to (join (gamemode) (((<key [ right arrow] pressed?> - <key [ left arrow] pressed?>) + (1)) + (((<key [ up arrow] pressed?> - <key [ down arrow] pressed?>) + (1)) * (3))))
end
it doesnt fit but if you select it all and copy/paste you can see the rest
its just base 3
