There are two kinds of infinity, countable infinity which is when something goes on longer than a human can count but has and end and its not actually called infinity, it just a category of numbers past human's count ability. Then there is uncountable infinity, which is when something is without end. Either way, its not a number.

They are quiet for a reason, there might be multiple species, groups or whatever of alien's, big, small ,etc.

And, because of the ecosystem. some are hunted- and being quiet is how they live.

We are going to scream into space and give off our location to alien's, which can destroy us. amazing idea.

Actually tho, the chances of aliens being a thing are possible (Kepler 452b could have life) but the chances of them being intelligent are low, there probably micro-organisms
