Hello! The Feedback Club (project, studio, forum) is a club that aims to promote quality feedback and help scratchers improve their projects through constructive feedback. We are always learning from each other and the atmosphere is overall very nice in my opinion. Feedback from members is very positive as well.

The layout is simple but very constructive: each week, members are divided into groups. Scratchers of the same group give feedback to each other. Members may choose not to provide a project, but those who do must change it frequently enough (by either replacing it or by implementing consistent updates).

I would like help with managing the club. I would like it to grow in order to provide a better experience to members and to reach more people with a concept that, in my opinion, makes Scratch a better place. But I cannot do it alone, so your help is very much appreciated!

These are the different tasks I'd like help with:
- sending reminders to members
- checking who's done their feedback
- recruiting new members
- welcoming and guiding new members
- remove old projects from the studio
- advertise
- update or make some projects I don't have time for
- translate posts to/from French
- or simply occasional support

You can do as little or as much as you like, any amount of help is welcome. I only ask for two things:
1) that you can be active frequently (a few times a week is enough)
2) that you firstly join as a member (so you actually understand how it works)

Speaking French is extremely useful, because the club also has a French section.

I'd love to help you manage the club! I can: send reminders, recruit, help and guide new members, remove old projects from the studio, and advertise the club. I do speak a little bit of French, but I don't think I'm fluent enough to translate posts or have complex conversations with French members. I can also do other tasks occasionally, and I check my messages every day

Thanks for applying! Do you mean, you can do everything you mentioned all at once? Or do you want to have only one or a few roles?

These are the things I can do. I'd prefer to do 2-3 of them regularly, and help occasionally with the others whenever you need it.

Alright! I'm proposing you the following roles, let me know if you need clarification or adaptation, or if you would like to do smth else.

Send reminders
Very straightforward: every thrusday or friday, send a short reminder to anyone who hasn't completed their feedback yet. It might be a good idea to double check for new members, sometimes they get confused. I've got copy-paste message templates you can use if you want, especially useful if you're willing to do it for French-speaking members as well.

Advertise the club
You can do this one where, when and how you want (I know you know how to do it appropriately ). There are three things you can advertise:
1) joining the club
2) joining the staff
3) becoming a partner (we can partner with individual scratchers, other clubs, shops, collabs, studios, etc.)

Recruiting new members
Whenever a scratcher asks to join, they may not provide all required information right away. They may even be asking how to join. Even though the joining form is written somewhere, I think there's too much info about the FBC everywhere, so ppl get lost. So it's ok to remind them the joining form, which is quite simple:

1) How many projects at most can you review per week?
2) Do you want your own project to be reviewed?
3) Which languages do you speak and how well?

When you get all the necessary info, add them to the studio, tell them to follow the main forum topic and to add a project they made to the studio (if they stated they wanted feedback on their projects, ie. they are a Creator). Then, please send me a summary with the new member's info (you can put it in a project if you prefer).

So I'm asking members to send comments in the studio rather than on my profile or as answers to reminders.
At the end of the one in French, I added that questions can be asked to me directly, if that's ok with you.
Feel free to adapt the messages if they don't suit you.

Oh and concerning recruitment, you only need to do it for those who speak English, I can take care of the rest
