stop [all v]::hat//cap

I'd argue that block is confusing to new Scratchers because it's a complicated block, not because it's upside down. I'm not sure that strengthens the point you're trying to make.

Why? This is only an AFD suggestion, it's not like it's a long term choice Scratchers will get stuck with.

Idea: don't do this to people who have under 2 shared projects with code in them.
The logic behind this was that you should be able to somewhat understand scratch even when it's upside-down once you've made 2 projects with code in them

How about instead of turning cap to hat and hat to cap, keeps all blocks the same shape, flip the shapes upside down, and keep text the same orientation.
e.g. the notch on blocks will now point up not down.

Maybe it would be making the blocks upside down in your already made project, but affter AFD, then it goes back to normal
