Welcome to Imagif Hosters! Host your images for your forum posts here!
We are one of the oldest shops dedicated to image hosting that is still running! We keep everything quick and simple to ensure that you can get your image on the forums quickly and conveniently. (Shoutout to the OG, though <closed>)

Ordering

We keep the ordering process quick and simple.

Imagif Hosters was created to help people who couldn't access cubeupload host images on the forums. If you have access to cubeupload, you can create an account on cubeupload and host images yourself, and if you want, volunteer at this shop (see “Joining”). If you don't, well, you can continue reading.

First, create a new project and upload the images you want to host to the project (convert them to bitmap mode after uploading). Share the project and post the link here. After that wait for 1 or 2 days and you'll receive a link on your profile comments, and that's it!

You can use your image in your forum post with the "[img][/img]" tags, with the link in the middle.

My order is not taken!
Please click the quote button at the bottom-right section of your post, and type “bump” below the quote. This will let staff members know that your order is not taken.

(Please don't use the “bump” image for staff members to avoid confusion)

Why is the shop banner replaced with ?
This might be because cubeupload is down. The website is not stable sometimes, and it might be unavailable. If so, Imagif Hosters will be temporarily closed.

According to this status indicator, cubeupload is
down.
If Cubeupload is down, we will not be able to take orders!
Note: Cubeupload may be perpetually down on school networks.

Extra Services
Image Resizing
After hosting your image, you can ask for it to be resized if the size doesn't match your forum post.

Resizing guide:
Forum banner: 690x150px (normal) 600x153px (with margin)
Project thumbnail: 480x360px
Studio banner: 200x130px is the standard size, more details here.


Image Vectorizing
If your image is blurry, image vectorizing converts pixels in your image to shapes and lines. Note that image vectorization is not suitable for art forms such as pixel art.

Staff Guide


Taking orders
Upload the image to cubeupload and copy the link
Use the second template in “Order Complete” and quote the customer's order with said template.
Post it. Right-click the date on top of your post, and use the first template in “Order Complete”, replacing “link” with the image link.

Take a vacation leave

State when and how long you're going on vacation and tell us in the studio.

Activity checks

Time
An activity check will be performed on the 3rd day of each month.
Activity checks will end on the 6th day of each month.

Replying to Activity Checks
Follow this forum topic to get a message when there's a new post.
When you receive a message, check if there's an activity check. (you'll be notified here if there is)
Head to the official studio to reply to the activity check.

Staff Rules
Violating staff rules will result in a strike.


a. Attitude

a (0) It's hard to define a bad attitude. This section is vague but if you're clearly not passionate about helping, you'll be given a strike.

a (1) Join only if you're passionate about helping people host images.
a (1)(i.) If you don't want to help and the only purpose you want to join is to look cool and grind posts, I'm sorry, but this shop is not for you.

a (2) Be passionate
a (2)(i.) Don't ignore orders when you see them.
a (2)(ii.) Make cubeupload reachable for yourself. Maybe bookmark it or add a shortcut to it, so you can immediately open cubeupload after seeing an order.
a (2)(iii.) Have fun helping people. Think about how you're making someone feel better by just uploading a file and posting a link. If you didn't have fun, then leave.

a (3) Be polite to customers
a (3)(i.) If you think that the customer is wrong, please point out their mistake and don't ignore them.

a (4) Do not talk about other topics unrelated to taking orders or hiring staff members here.
a (4)(i.) If you want to talk about something else, do this elsewhere. (For example, if you're on vacation and can't take orders, notify us on our studio instead of the shop)

b. Taking orders

b (1) Do not take orders when you can't finish it.
b (2) Follow the Staff Guide for taking orders.

c. Strikes

c (1) When are strikes given?
When a staff member violates staff rules
When a staff member misses an activity check

c (2) Punishments
c (2)(i) If you receive a strike, you'll be warned on your profile comments
c (3)(ii) If you receive 5 strikes in total, you'll get fired

Activity Check

STAFF ACTIVITY CHECK

Please reply to the monthly staff activity check in our official studio.
