ban twitter/x from being mentioned
since elon bought twitter/x and removed its moderation, people have been saying some bad words and o f f e n s i v e things on twitter/x, and scratch cant moderate twitter/x, so people on scratch can have unfiltered chat on twitter/x (unfiltered chat is bad btw), so im suggesting that scracth should disallow all links to twitter/x

support, it's strange that they allow and even support links to much more dangerous sites like twt compared to the humble wb fox or lava website – they all have moderated chat, but twt can have some pretty adult stuff and clearly isn't for kids

Don’t really know much about lava but I assume it’s yet another drawing site. I did hear that linking to websites with a chat function is not allowed no matter how well it is moderated.
Originally I was going to say half support because of the way scratch allows YouTube links as long as they’re appropriate and YouTube is known to have videos that aren’t that much scratch appropriate and I was originally going to say links to that one Elon social are allowed as long as the post and its comments are appropriate but I just don’t feel like half supporting plus its practically impossible to show a post that doesn’t have any inappropriate comments

i don’t think linking to a site largely used for free nsfw drawings of minors which is ran by a sick ducko whose head is emptier than a coconut is the best thing to link on scratch.

bott,
Although they probably want to update that screen though, ST probably dont want kids to go there…

Isn't this already the case with social medias? Even YouTube links are redirected to a safer Scratch embed.

Having watched standards fall below ground over there and stopped using it altogether as a result, I support not having links on Scratch go there.

support, I want no social media at all to be mentioned on scratch, so go to the first post of the thread, click edit, and change the title of the thread to “ban social media from being mentioned” maybe?
