1. Go to Share To if it was from 1.4, click Download 1.4 Code and bam!
2. It has to be from 1.4

How do you make something downloadable?
Well, you can save a Scratch 2.0 project to your computer by going to the File menu and then selecting “Download to your computer”. It will save as a .sb2 file (which is Scratch 2.0 format). However, until the downloadable version of 2.0 is released (soon, hopefully), there is no way for you to run it downloaded. You would have to go to the File menu and choose “Upload from your computer” to bring it into a new Scratch 2.0 project.
If your project was written in Scratch 1.4, then see the advice above
