I've been on scratch for a MONTH, I've made 6 projects, been online nearly EVERY DAY, I've interacted, commented and remixed games, and posted on these forums, yet I'm still a ‘new scratcher’. Why?

You need to write comments

You need to be active, a lot, and spend a lot of time on projects. What i dont get is how people had to take MONTHS to be scratchers, yet mine only took half a week

It's broken, becoming a Scratch, so I would suggest using the Contact Us Button to tell ST to give the Scratcher Rank

Scratch is glitching more than usual right now. If you're super concerned use contact us and reach out to the ST.

i think it just takes a lot of time to become a scratcher like me, keep posting projects, commenting, stuff like that, but if scratch is glitching, like @KMFpenguin said,

then i have no idea. i became a scratcher in less than 1 hour because i did my projects before i did them. there were about 13 projects or so, and they still are on my profile.
UPDATE: i lied. it took me a year to verify me email, so basically it took me 1 year

I know why, you should comment more and launch more creative projects,I dedicated myself to being very active in Scratch, launched several projects, interacted daily with other Scratchers, and in two weeks I became a Scratcher.

HALF A YEAR???? it took me a FULL YEAR.

I had a second account linked to a school email, and it only took that account like 3 weeks to become a scratcher. i have no clue how you guys are getting close to a YEAR. Maybe it's something to do with the class I was in, but it still didn't take that long. I've been on scratch for a month and a half now, and no sign of life on scratch's end. They either need to fix a bug that's going on, or redo this scratcher system.

the full year was bc my email wasnt verified

I found the problems

You are constantly logged out for no reason
This bug is now patched so wait another month

I have the same problem too I meet all the requirements I have waited 3 weeks and still nothing anyway here is my specs
