How to get the 2.0 online website?

I had this in my FAQ, but it got taken down for links (I can't tell why yet because idk what links yet since the alert doesn't specify and I have waited like 1 month for a contact us response lol)
Edit: Anyway, the editor should work with the Wayback Machine or a “mirror” of Scratch 2.0. Note that you might need actual Flash (Ruffle breaks on the Wayback Machine for me). You can't login though

Is there any revivals (if those are allowed to be linked) or the ability to changes certain links like changing the Starter Projects to the old one ( putting the word ‘'Help’' before most links like the Parents link to the old one.
