Can I pay workers to help with games, if I like send them some money to like PayPal for working on games for me or is that agaisnt the rules?

I don't think there is a rule against getting paid help, but you would need to credit those who helped you. However, I can pretty much guarantee that recruiting on the Scratch website is not allowed.

You can't do that because paypal needs personal contact info and you can dm bad stuff.

You have to find the scratchers from outside of scratch. However you'd probably need to pay them at least 2 or 3 pounds an hour for them to agree which would probably be excessive for a scratch project
