That topic was closed for heated discussion. I think that if there is a rejection there, it is for AI implementation that is not in line with Scratch's goals in doing so. If that's the case, then waiting until around the CLA's arrival would provide a solid reference for suggesting various AI tools.

Already being discussed here, it's on the previous page. Short rundown: I think it's not being added to the list until Paddle2See provides a concrete explanation of why it was rejected without mentioning NFE status

Many users are asking to bring back the ability to see the remixtree yet it has been labeled as rejected.

The reason it was removed was detailed in This post. It was not a money saving maneuver.
