forumojis will be added when Cubeupload Administration has time to help with the account

specifically for when they can wipe it—this will let me reupload all the emojis and get Cubeupload's internal ID for them, which should make emoji updating/swapping easier in the future. this shouldn't affect the current emojis when they're all reuploaded, as they'll have the same URLs as before
