I just go to the explore tab and go to recent tab for some project idk but i only see “Trending” and “Popular”. Did Scratch delete the recent tab or its maybe a bug?

They probably have removed it permanently

The tab is currently removed likely because it was leading to more inappropriate content being shown. As far as I know, there isn't any confirmation whether it's temporary or permanent.
