My browser / operating system: Linux, Chrome 137.0.0.0, No Flash version detected

On mobile, after clicking on a category I can't scroll until the automatic scroll stops completely. This makes it difficult to access some blocks.
On a computer the scroll wheel cancels the automatic scroll but trying to drag the palette doesn't

Reproduction steps:

• Click on a block category
  
• While it's moving, start dragging the palette in the other direction than it moves
  

Expected result:
After releasing it, the palette stays there

Actual result:
The palette starts moving towards the selected category, even if it was moving very slowly before dragging it

This is not a new bug but also happens in the new editor version

Actually, the scroll wheel no longer cancels the motion, it just doesn't extend the length of the animation like trying to scroll by panning does
