SWC Megathread ‧₊˚❀༉‧ July 2025
About you:
Hi! I’m Ava, your typical teen fangirling writer. My pronouns are she/her, and I’m a CSTer.
I’ve been obsessed with all things literature since I was young, always reading high above my level and writing silly stories in my freetime. As I got older, my tastes refined into a laser focus on dystopian, fantasy and science fiction. I grew up reading and writing stories as a way to experience new things, and although high school has made it difficult to spend as much time as I did as a child doing those activities, my exploration never stopped.
Outside of my literature tastes, I’m highly involved in my community. At school, I’m a part of the long distance track team, cross country team, Random Acts of Kindness club, publications team, and Best Buddies club. Outside of school, I lead a group of 6th grade girls as a high school group leader at my church, and volunteer on Sundays in the elementary rooms. More recently, I’ve become a fiend for all things anime, manga, or Dungeons and Dragons. I am a Game Master for a small group of friends called The Big Dippers who meet monthly in an attempt to learn the rules of the system and defeat the dragon who is deadset on destroying the party. Since becoming a Game Master, I’ve realized how deep the rules system for the game runs, and the true difficulty within it.
Along with these hobbies, I’m the oldest sister in my family of seven! I’m close with all of my siblings, although I’d have to say that I’m closest with my three-year-younger sister, who is me but younger and arguably more artistic. The only way that we’re different is our participation in SWC being vastly varied, hers leaving her with only enough knowledge to understand what I’m referring to when I announce that someone has stolen my mangoes.
For a long time, I thought I wanted to be an author. I wrote and wrote and wrote, and I loved it! However, I’ve recently realized there’s something much more important to me, psychology! Ever since we started taking personality tests in school, I’ve been enthralled by how it works. I became obsessed with things like the MBTI 16 personalities and the Myer Briggs personality tests. Because I’ve worked with younger kids, and I’ve loved watching people grow and develop, I realized I want to study psychology, specifically how personality traits change as people grow and experience different life events.
I love working with people, which is probably why I’m connected to so many things in real life. The community I’ve found within SWC is something that cannot be replicated, which is why I’ve stuck around for so long! I was enthralled from the moment I stumbled upon my first session filled with far too many references to mangoes, and continued to grow in my love between late night writing crawls and even just bonding over the stressful cabin wars.
Experience:
I’ve been a camper in SWC for—brace yourselves—3 years this November! There were a few sessions in between that I didn’t participate in, but it’s crazy to say that I’m on my ~7th session this year. Although I was always a camper during these sessions, I’m an experienced writer and leader outside of SWC. I’ve drafted a total of 3 novels, and have written consistently on my own for the past 4 years. I’m also a part of my school’s journalism team. Leadership wise, I’m a group leader within my church, and I train new members at my job when they join.
I’ve always been a natural leader in life, often influencing others and taking the lead in projects. I love being able to put in an effort and see the tangible results, which is why I love writing so much. Literature has always been a critical part of my life, and although I no longer am on the path of becoming a published author, that period of time helped me develop and strengthen my writing skills, and even now my skills are still growing and changing!
Cabin Preferences:
While I would be happy to (co)lead any cabin, I’d especially love to (co)lead fantasy, dystopian or sci-fi. Themes for each are below. I would also be happy to (co)lead TCTWNW.
Fantasy: Yes…I know I already centered my entire theme on K-pop Demon Hunters…But please, hear me out. I love the movie. It also translates amazingly into a cabin theme! Campers would join up as trios, each team working together to seal the honmoon! Weekly challenges and word counts would contribute to the honmoon’s strength, with the biggest priority within the cabin being forming camper and (co)leader friendships. (Cabin wars=demons attacking!!)
Sci-fi: This is going to sound a little insane, but after hearing that the Olympics were allowing the use of performance-boosting matter under the supervision of scientists, trainers and medical specialists to push the limits of the human body, it got me and a friend thinking about what could happen in a future dominated by this standard. In Dystopian, campers would live in a world full of supernatural athletes, thinkers and dreamers, all using the common booster: Dyanamitees. Campers would find themselves placed against their will in a new study: to see what effects Dyanamitees have had. The only way out is through careful planning, collaboration, and most of all skill as campers overcome a series of tests and set on the impossible mission to escape and win back their freedom.
Dystopian: Take the previous idea and cross it with The Hunger Games, and I give you The Enhanced Game! Campers will be participants in The Enhanced Games, fighting to survive the brutal games, and escape together with the help of a few participants who seem to know a little too much..
Writing Except: Excerpt is available in the project description!
Option 1:
I am a mockingbird
With a wingspan and a song
You are a blue jay
Standing proud and strong
Despite our differences
In how we talk and how we look
I’ll always try to be you
While you take off from the hook.
I am seven steps behind
In a race that started yesterday
Trying to catch up
Although you’ll always best me
My uniqueness is bottled
Strangeness all is took
Who am I under the surface?
Well, no one cares to look.
I am a mockingbird
Hidden in the trees
My song provides a symphony
For those who live life freed.
Option 2: This was a writing exercise where I was working on making characters stand out!
The branches stretched clawed hands across the silent forest paths. Cold crept from the roots of the trees, a chill permeating the air despite the warm temperatures that accompanied summer. The startling silence was only punctured by the far off sounds of creatures students had only been warned of. A large twisted oak crookedly bowed in the center of a clearing, deceptively aged among a forest of more novel nature.
Ava:
Her footsteps echoed across the unpacked dirt of the forest floor, the sound echoing sharply through the silence of the forest. She resisted the urge to shout, scream, if only to fill the excruciating silence. She felt every brush of her clothes against her skin, felt every breath draw as tight as a bowstring before releasing in concentrated strike.
The sunlight pouring into the small clearing drew her in, but before her foot could even connect with the ground, a jolting explosion rocked her backwards. Ava soared through the air, back connecting with the ground as she felt the air rush from her lungs. Her eyes closed for a brief moment, feeling the pain pulse on her back.
Pushing herself into a seated position, her eyes attached to the desecrated ground, the blast having formed a large hole. She barely registered as Akihiko rushed to her side, his hand on her back as he stared down at her with obvious concern.
“Are you alright?” He asked, offering her hand.
“Fine.” She rubbed her back, feeling bruises forming already.
Akihiko:
He lingered a step behind Ava, observing her nervously demeanor. She seemed more nervous than usual, her posture stiff as she moved through the forest with little grace.
He couldn’t blame her for being appropriately squirmish, the forest was absent of the typical symphonious noises. The only sounds to reach his ears were her footsteps, and the occasional roar off in the distance, the clear reason why students were banned from entering this forest.
In front of him, Ava’s footsteps faltered as her eyes landed on a small landing, bathed in midday sunlight. He blinked for a long second, allowing an encouraging smile to spread across his face in case she would look back for reassurance.
She didn’t. In a flash, he watched her go flying backward, a deafening blast shaking the trees around them as birds took off from the trees. She collided into the ground with a large THUNK, while he was only knocked back a few steps.
Seeing her eyes close for a brief second, he rushed to her side, thankful to see them open and fixate on a crater of freshly churned dirt in the clearing. He didn’t linger on the explosion, leading his hand to her back for support and looking nervously down on her.
“Are you alright?” He asked, heart drumming behind his ears, drowning out the insistent voices of his parents in his mind, who would love to convince him that her injury was due to a lapse in his character. He held out a hand to her as she rubbed her back gently.
Her voice was quiet when she finally replied to his query. “Fine.”
Time Dedication: October and November are some of my most free months! Although I have a few higher level classes, I also have the time to do that work as well as the things that I love. The only commitments I have is running tech stuff for my school’s play, leading a small group every Wednesday and running a few sessions for my DND party. However, I am more than confident that I would have enough time to handle cabin planning, (co)leader responsibilities and writing.
During the first half of October, my activity will be a bit more limited as my cross country season wraps up around the middle of the month. However, I would still be able to log on throughout the day and dedicate around an hour a day.
Because of my lack of late fall commitments, I would be able to commit at least 3 hours of consistent activity on weekdays, and more on weekends, as well as regular check ins before and after school. I am in school from 1pm UTC to 8pm UTC every weekday, and usually work sometime during Saturdays. On nights like Wednesdays (when I lead my small group), my activity may be on the lower side.
Time Management: Although I’ve always been good at time management, I think my skills have grown recently when I’ve gone through seasons where I take up a lot of responsibilities! For example, last year during Spring I was in the middle of some of my more difficult classes, training for track and field and still trying to hang out with my friends somewhat often. I finished the school year with straight As, ran for Varsity a few times (which is no small feat in my school), and was ready to continue hanging out with friends during the summer.
What helps me manage my time the most is creating small tasks that I can check off throughout my day, and always knowing what is coming. For that reason I keep calendars, task lists and send myself text messages to ensure I don’t forget about anything. Even now when I’m wrapped up in numerous tasks, I’ve managed to stay on top of my studies, and even ahead of them even with cross country!
However, I do also struggle in some areas. Perfectionism is often one of the biggest challenges for me. I prefer to change everything over and over again until I reach the ‘ideal’ product, which often never happens. However, I’ve learned to only allow myself a certain amount of time on each project to prevent the cycle of rephrasing, changing and never finishing tasks completely
Another area I struggle with is burnout, which usually happens when I take on too much, push really hard at the start, and burn out at the end. It’s something I still struggle with, but being a long distance runner has helped me physically feel what is going on mentally. You can’t win a race if you burn out at the start!
Collaboration & Assets:
Some of my strengths in collaborating with others is that I get along with everyone! I have a large amount of patience, varied interests, and can always find a way to connect, or at least get along with people. I love my communities, and I love working with people, as I highlighted in my ‘about me’ section. One of my biggest strengths is my ability to make sure everyone’s voice is heard and to make sure no one feels like their voice is any less important than someone else’s. I’ve also learned over time how to manage projects, especially making sure that everyone has a part in it. As much as the perfectionist in me would love to take charge, it’s also crucial to give everyone an important task because it makes the end result better!
Some areas that I struggle with is my tendency to be a person pleaser, which makes it hard for me to be assertive about where I am struggling and what I disagree with people on. Although it has been hard, in the past few years I’ve been working on being more assertive with my friends, family and teachers. The second area I struggle in is wanting to take control of projects. However, I’ve seen with my own eyes so many times that the best things are built by a community, not a single person. Giving up control sometimes can be hard for me, but I’m learning how to step down and give others more control.
Some assets that I bring to the team are my ability to create graphics, form storylines, brainstorm ideas and work well with others. Along with those things, I’ve been a camper in such a wide variety of cabins that I also bring my experience to the table. I’ve seen what works well and what hasn’t, and what makes other campers and I have the best experience during camp. I’m also a quick learner, and ready and capable to complete any duties coming my way!
Reason for Applying:
I’ve been a camper for so many sessions, it's almost hard to believe. In each session along the way the (co)leaders were the people who held the cabin together and made it the most fun. I’m so appreciative to all of my (co)leaders who gave me the opportunity to participate in so many amazing sessions, and I want to be that person for the new generation of swc-ers. Along with that, I want to not only explore SWC in a new setting, but challenge myself to create a cabin that a younger me would want to participate in. More than anything, I want to pass on not just the love for SWC, but the love for writing to people in the future. I’ve grown so much as a writer, largely because I found such a passionate and friendly group in my first session. I’ve received so much from the camp, and now it’s time for me to attempt to reflect even a fraction of what I’ve received to campers.
Creating this application has been such a reflection of not only myself, but my past growth. I truly believe that the people that I looked up to, cabin leaders, SWCers with amazing writing, and even just silly people commenting has brought out a side of me that would have remained dormant without the influence of the camp. To have the chance to even change one person’s life in the way mine has been changed would be the opportunity of a lifetime.
Cabin Atmosphere:
“Join a cabin where you will meet new friends and help complete our collaborative storyline in a cabin full of competition, excitement and fun!” (142 characters)
Check Boxes:
I will be available to help add points in the main cabin consistently throughout camp.
I’m willing to share a promotional project for SWC.
I would be able to complete all of the responsibilities of a (co)leader!
In the case of inactivity by me, I would make sure to let my fellow (co)leaders and the hosts know about my inactivity in advance, as well as how long I will be gone for, and guarantee that they have anything that they need to manage the cabin and their responsibilities in my absence. If they need more resources, I would make sure that I can either provide them in advance, or find someone else on the leader team to step in and ensure that the cabin continues to run smoothly with my absence.
In the case of one of my (co)leaders being inactive, I would ensure that they are inactive, or if possible I would check in with them to make sure that they are doing okay, and don’t need to set a plan in motion for a longer absence. If I were unable to reach them, I would collaborate with my fellow (co)leaders team to either fill their responsibilities, or find another person who could (temporarily) step in to fill their absence, while making sure that the hosts are aware of their absence and our plan to ensure that the cabin continues to run smoothly.
Bonus Question:
During fall, one of my all time favorite activities to do in the fall is run. Before everyone comes for me with pitchforks and torches, you must understand how terrible the weather in summer is! The cooler temperatures of fall are the biggest relief after a hot summer of running, and it usually means better times for the team and I during cross country.
If you’re looking for a more aesthetic activity, I will admit that I am a fan of anything pumpkin. I love eating pumpkin seeds, pumpkin cookies, pumpkin pie and drinking pumpkin lattes (iced). I already love to eat yummy food, and usually fall means the tastiest food!

˗ˏˋHi fanta !! your goals are such a good starting point for the beginning of the session, and i just KNOW that by july 31st youll have accomplished all of these and so much more. 7k is going to be easy peasy lemon squeezy, especially because youre working on a story ! speaking of which, writing a story is SUCH an incredible motivator, but it also requires a lot of dedication- and 10k words is really impressive ! im so proud of you for dedicating as much time as you have so far towards your story and i know that by the end of this session you are going to be proud of yourself too for how far youve come throughout this month- but you should already be proud of yourself for doing todays daily, of course ! Participating in 15 dailies is going to be no trouble for you- i can already sense that youre a very determined, dedicated person and with that kind of spirit i know that 15 daily goal will be well met. There are also a lot of dailies and sometimes weeklies that are focused on things like worldbuilding and plot work, and not only will doing those give you words (and help you get to that 15 daily goal), they will also help you work out where your story goes and give you motivation to write it ! i believe youll have completed all your goals by the end of the session because with your kind of mindset, nothing is too difficult- especially not 15 dailies. Think about it- you’ve already done one (maybe even two if you did the intro yesterday), so that means you only have 13 or 14 to go ! youre making progress every single day and im so proud of you for that. Keep writing and believing in yourself and those goals will have been done and dusted before you can say swc <3 ˎˊ˗

˗ˏˋArcas trembled in fear as the bear approached him. “M-mom?” He said shakily. He took a step forward. The bear’s teeth were on display, snarling at Arcas.
“Mom? Callisto?” He said, quickly taking a step back as the bear advanced. His pupils dilated in fear. His mom truly didn’t recognize him. His mother was a bear, and she was going to kill him. He drew in another shaky breath at the memory.
Arcas pushed open the door to his small home, stepping over the roots of the tree trunk. He quickly set down his pack before exiting back out of the tree, moving deeper into the woods.
“Mom? I’m home!” He said, wandering aimlessly. Callisto had been doing this a lot recently, disappearing. He suspected she was seeing someone, per usual, but couldn’t imagine who. Suddenly, he heard a shrill shriek ring through the woods.
“Mom!!” He called, immediately sprinting through the woods. He spotted her through the trees, just in time to catch a fleeting glimpse of a vanishing man and his mother… transforming?
Arcas squeezed his eyes shut as his mother slowly advanced, drool rolling down her bear snout.
“Mom, please,” he whispered desperately, his voice cracking. He reached out a shaky hand, palm up as if he were greeting a dog. He tried desperately to pacify her, make her realize he was no threat. Unfortunately, his efforts were futile. His sudden movement made Callisto snap and she let out a roar before lunging at him. Arcas let out a yelp, closed his eyes and braced for impact.
But it never came. He opened his eyes, his head fuzzy. He immediately realized something was wrong as he looked at his surroundings. He was on a different level, staring at the trees from a..bear’s point of view. Callisto approached him, nuzzling him softly, almost apologetically. He knew she didn’t mean it, she knew he understood. ˎˊ˗

SWC Megathread ‧₊˚❀༉‧ July 2025
01.07.25 ⟢ 1,161 words ~ 1k intro
Hi! I’m Elly, I use she/her, I live in BST blah blah blah. I love to read & write (though I find the latter way more difficult) and I am currently reading I Fell In Love with Hope due to scrolling upon a video about it, lol! As well as being a massive bookworm, I’ve started lots of shows I haven’t finished and I’m in love with a couple of musicals so maybe I’ll finally write fan fictions this session but you never know……… #scriptftw
Here’s my sort of unofficial one thousand word intro about me, so sorry in advance since I will be yapping about myself for a while lol- okay so where do we start? Oh, right- SWC. Like mentioned, this is only my second session (but funny story, at the start of last session I thought that SWC meant Scratch Writing Camps in general so I thought it was my second session then) and I’m looking forward to.. I just realised that this session has properly started *gasps in positive tone tag* Well, I’m sure there’s more to me to write about than SWC. Right… right? Write? Okay!
I am looking forward to Ilium, Man’s Best Friend & Wishbone, I consider myself friendly though sometimes my jokes aren’t funny, I am quite active in GWDFI, I am left-handed, I use commas ALOT- this is not sarcasm I genuinely do, I’m hoping that the (second half of) 2025 is my year at least, I like greek mythology a lot, I love to scrapbook, I am a teenager, I’ve been on Scratch for 5 years and my nails are currently painted light blue. I am a seasoned master in the art of procrastination ;P
So, like mentioned, I am a massive bookworm! A few years ago, I entered a massive Percy Jackson/Riordanverse phase I never really got out of. Other book series that I love are Keeper of the Lost Cities, The Hunger Games, The Maze Runner, Divergent, Folk of Air, The Inheritance Games & The Naturals. I enjoy reading contemporary, dystopian, mystery & books written in verse (I simply adore Sarah Crossan). I can live with YA romance but I prefer the sadder ones. I can not choose a favourite book of all time but I love ‘if he had been with me’! As for webtoons, I love School Bus Graveyard, Marionetta, Realta & High Class Homos. If you have any book/book series/webtoon recommendations, I’M ALWAYS HERE TO HEAR THEM ;D
Okay, so now that books are done, what else is there? Hmm. I am currently watching a lot of shows right now, but my comfort show will forever be F.R.I.E.N.D.S, I just love it so so so much <3 (I accidentally nearly wrote F.R.I.E.D and then that line from Gnarly by Katseye played in my head ‘FRIED CHICKEN!!’ </3) There are other movies and video games sort of I guess and stuff but uh yeah. Not really. HOW ABOUT WE MOVE ONTO MUSICALS!
Just before we do, I’d like to just say that I’ve noticed that- ooh, yum. I just had a fizzy rainbow belt. I should probably add, though it’s becoming quite apparent: I digress quickly and yeah sometimes I think things are references when they aren’t and then I start a new train of thought ENTIRELY lol. So what was I talking about again?? AH yes, I’ve just noticed how I’ve been using random capital letters FOR NO REASON.
*~* Never mind, lol. Let’s get on with musicals. I love Hamilton, Heathers, Epic, Mean Girls, Wicked, Six and these following musicals, (but I don’t love them not as much): Beetlejuice, Dear Evan Hansen & Ride The Cyclone (a little!) Because I love yapping about myself/ my fandoms ;0 I’m going to talk about ALL OF THESEEEEEEEE HEHEHE. SO, Hamilton! Hamilton is a really good musical that mainly experiments in rap and stuff about the life of Alexander Hamilton and other important people in his life. There have been recent EP Releases from the creator of the musical Hamilton, Lin Manuel Miranda, with collections of Hamilton from other main character’s point of view, one for Eliza and one for Aaron Burr.
Heathers is maybe not something I should explain on this website. It follows the story of Veronica Sawyer, JD and the Heathers: Heather Chandler, Heather Duke and Heather McNamara (I love her so much <33 /plat). Oh yeah, I’d like to add that I may use tone tags from time to time, if you don’t understand what they mean then feel free to ask what they mean. (Elly, are you /really/ expecting someone to read all this XD. Now, Epic!!
At this point, I feel like I’ve written way more than one thousands words- I just n checked and I have XD but I must carry on with these musicals <33 maybe I’ll only write the ones I love. Okay back to Epic- No not back to Epic, I just wanted to say that my wording earlier was a bit strange. Maybe I’ll fix it quickly. Okay, I’ve added brackets. Can you guess which phrase they were from? Continuing on- I’m getting rid of connecting phrases at this point lmao- OKAY WHAT WHY DO I KEEP GOING ON AND ON LOL not that it’s a bad thing but you’re pRoBaBLy trying to figure out what Epic the Musical is about (if you don’t know already) so let met tell you: It’s a concept musical (not on stage yet, but fully written out) about the Odyssey, sort of mainly- the storyline is there but some parts are altered, of course. You can listen to it on Spotify, Apple Music etc.
Onto Mean Girls! Mean Girls is an amazing musical about high school, and as someone who can relate to this, I can relate to this XD that came out a bit wrong. Anyway, it’s about a girl called Cady- no wait, Caddy ;D who starts junior year (I think that’s what it is?? Don’t quote me on this and correct me if I’m wrong please lol) after being homeschooled for her whole life and starts to learn about how school is really like. Wicked is a musical that blew up a bit last year after a musical movie came out with Ariana Grande in it and it’s about a popular girl and an outcast who become friends, go to the Emerald City and.. stuff happen! Finally, Six is about, well, the six wives of Henry the 8th and their lives were before, during and sometimes after marriage.
So, I think that’s all? If I continue on this will literally never end, and whilst that’s a good thing, I don’t think there’d be any thoughts left in my mind after /silly so yeah. Bye!
Elly
PS I was wrong earlier, this is only one hundred ish words above one thousand- I think the last thing I counted was still in the word counter software I use so- XD

I wrote something but it wouldn't post on Scratch. Ok fine, I won't write a quick existential rant again. I'll edit this post with images soon but Cubeupload isn't loading.

SWC Megathread ‧₊˚❀༉‧ July 2025
◆◇◆◇◆ EVIDENCE 1: INTRODUCTION ◆◇◆◇◆
Hello, hi, and how are you? My name is Mildred (online that is, Mildred is not the name I was assigned with at birth.) My pronouns are she/they (I’m a demigirl) and I reside in the EST timezone, which is without a doubt the bEST timezone! I’m co-leading Mystery with Luka and Hope, this is my one year SWC anniversary as my first session was July ‘24! On that note, this is my fourth session!
(I don’t know what I’m doing from here. Um.)
To get started, I’ll mention the thing I mention in all of my one thousand word intros, my favorite anime Detective Conan! It is PEAK FICTION I tell you! I don’t even know why it’s my favorite anime, and I honestly have forgotten how I even discovered it but I’ve been trying to watch through all the episodes, which gets difficult considering the fact there’s over 1000 episodes, but with the power of the indomitable human spirit I’m able to do it. Kaito Kid is my favorite character just because I think he’s a silly guy. Staying on the topic of anime, I recently watched Angel Beats! I avoided searching anything up about it like the plague because the last two anime I picked up (Banana Fish and Your Lie in April) I got spoiled by searching up the anime (kind of a stupid move on my part, obviously you shouldn’t search up stuff about an anime before finishing it.) But I absolutely LOVED Angel Beats! I don’t usually cry to anime, the only anime that got me crying was Kotaro Lives Alone and The Tunnel to Summer, and I surprisingly didn’t cry to Angel Beats like I thought I would, but I was close alright. Also, my glorious king Otonashi deserved better and I will be taking no other stances on this topic, thank you very much.
Speaking of Tunnel to Summer, I read the novel after watching the movie since people said it was better—and they were right. I really enjoyed both but the novel was better by far. I also was the first one to write a Tunnel to Summer fanfic on ao3! Perks of being in a small fandom. I decided to read the rest of Mei Hachimoku’s books. I read all their books in the Four Seasons series but I still need to get around finishing The Mimosa Confessions. The only books at the moment I’m waiting to get an official English translation is Mimosa Volume 5 and An Endless Winter. I’ve also gotten more interested in reading light novels. I've picked up I Want to Eat Your Pancreas (weird title I know but it was a good one) and I Had That Same Dream Again. I plan on reading the rest of Yoru Sumino’s works and I’m also planning on reading Summer Ghost and Three Days of Happiness.
Moving on to movies, my favorite movie is Tunnel to Summer, though I would’ve liked it more if it stayed true to its source material, but it was still really good. Some other movies I like are Suzume, A Silent Voice, and A Whisker Away. I watched Grave of the Fireflies because I’ve been trying to find anime to make me cry but I really did not care about Grave of the Fireflies if I’m going to be honest. I recently watched K-Pop Demon Hunters. I really liked the music and animation, just something about the plot felt lacking, and if I’m going to be honest, a lot of the characters felt two dimensional. I also thought that the ending was stupid and I would start rambling about why I thought it was stupid but I remembered that I might accidentally spoil someone who hasn’t watched it so I’ll refrain.
Let’s talk about music now! I mostly listen to J-Pop or Vocaloid music, my favorite artist at the moment is eill whom I discovered from The Tunnel to Summer since they made the soundtrack. Some vocaloid producers I like are wowaka, Neru, and DECO*27. That reminds me, MILGRAM is a thing that exists. I love all of Milgram’s music, and Kotoko is my favorite prisoner (she is guilty though, I can't lie…) I do listen to English music and some of my favorite artists who write English songs are Alex G, TV Girl, Mother Mother, Mitski, and Cavetown.
I’m going to now talk about more of my history involving SWC since, you know, we are currently in SWC. I first found out about SWC from one of my friends, Yume’s, profile. I was following her since she was also a Project Sekai fan. I first actually saw March ‘24 signups. I didn’t really get what it was so I decided not to join. I then saw July ‘24 camper signups, and then this time decided to ask what questions I didn’t get about it. I was intrigued, so I decided to join! My first session I was in Gothic and I made so many memories in that first session, and my only regret is not joining SWC sooner! Gothic also won the July ‘24 session…Mildred cabins will win EVERY July trust me. My first co-leading experience was Nov ‘24 where I co-led Sci-fi with Yume and Livy! I co-led again in March ‘25, I co-led Fantasy with Kiara and River! This session, I’m co-leading Mystery with Hope and Luka! I’m really hoping for leader next session as I really want to see what the leader experience is like, and I’m confident enough that I’ll be capable of leading a cabin! My birthday is in July (my birthday is July 30th) so I think on that day Mystery should automatically get 100000000000000000 points and win, am I right?
I think that’s about it! I’m really excited to get to know all of you guys, and I hope that anyone in this session of SWC is able to make a ton of fun memories, whether you’re a new camper or a returning one! Mystery is undoubtedly going to win by the way…

Happy July, and happy SWC!! It’s that time of the year filled with inside jokes, endless writing, and lots of memories to be made <3 To kick off the session, start by introducing yourself in the comments! Reconnect with people you haven’t talked to in a while, and meet someone new! We’re all so excited you’re here
Hello, hi, and how are you?
