Like I said earlier, Contact Us can take a while, even more than a month. Additionally, if you got IP banned, please do not continue to use Scratch even if it's on a different account - that's called ban-evading. If you need it for school, you may want to talk to your teacher/admin team to see if they can try to figure out something that works for you. Maybe creating projects signed out?

my teacher dosen't know the whole storyI think you're probably going to have to tell them if you need to use Scratch for school, unless you can use it signed out, download the projects you need to share, and then email it to them.

I'm not really sure if thats correct tho.

Those accounts can be reported (especially if they say something like, for example, in a project: “Oh, I got banned on x account and now I'm back on y because I don't want to appeal.”)

They got ip banned and never changed accounts, the x and y thing seems to make no sense

They got ip banned and never changed accounts, the x and y thing seems to make no senseSorry for any confusion! I assumed they got IP banned at school on one account and created a new one from a different IP. If you'd like to discuss this further, maybe we should move this to either of our's profile to keep the post on topic?
To the original poster, though, assuming you “changed your IP” (using a VPN, probably) - that's also not allowed. Use Contact Us to appeal if you can.
