Are swastikas ok to have in a project?

If your unaware of what the mapping community is, it;s just a different form of a famous webcomic community called “Poland Ball”. I want to share a specific mapping project onto scratch where it takes place in 1939. But I am unsure if this is alright. Please tell me if you know. Thanks.

I don’t think so.

No, countryball projects in general aren’t allowed because their whole purpose is mainly about stereotypes of countries, which some may view as disrespectful. Now a swastika, that’s even worse. It can bring bad memories to people (say, a veteran, because scratch is for all ages!) or just be really disrespectful to their culture.

I wouldn't; If this were to be an educational project about the holocaust then there would be some room for other answers maybe(I personally feel like that would still be too much for Scratch) but if it's for some webcomic then definitely not

EDIT: I also am under the impression that this is referring to countryballs? I'd say definitely not either way

Well yes this is for countryballs, but specifically a mapping project. Stereotypes aren't used and it's mainly just to entertain the audience. But I can do with posting this on YouTube only.

Better post it on youtube, not in scratch.

Yes, but OP is mentioning Poland Ball (Poland being the country Germany invaded) which must mean it's the bad kind, and Poland is a real country that still exists with people in them, so if it's not for educational purposes it may be seen as disrespectful.

I would advise against it; the only case where it might be allowed would be for educational purposes, and even that trends close to being inappropriate due to it being hard to talk about the Nazis without talking about some of the things they did before and during World War II.

Right you are. Thanks for taking the time to make this response that covers the most important points.
