The grand contest

This morning, I woke up to the “excessive” amount of excitement in my head. Today, the grand styling contest tournament begins! I absolutely can't wait for it; although it will be hard to look out for my favourite stylist which, kinda sucks. I rapidly ate breakfast (nothing more than a toast) and got changed at lightning speed! Finally after about what seemed like an eternity of waiting, me and my sister, Ruby, exited our lovely house in Florawish for the great wishing tree square to watch the styling contest. Stylist from all over the heartcraft kingdom came to participate in the contest which meant the square would be as busy as the space outside Bibcoon chuckle club (that club has a Bibcoon outside for context and they are so adorable). Finally, we arrived and could see all the stylists participating; Nikki who's style and whim could surpass anyone; Dada who is the head of the Florawish stylist guild branch; and so more for the famous stylists. The stylists had a month to prepare their best outfit for the theme: midsummer fruit. I must admit that I personally think this is a difficult theme but I am not a stylist so I don't know? Ruby could easily think of something for the theme, her imagination knows no boundaries.

The contest finally began with the commentary shouting “Let the annual 30th grand contest begin” All the stylists had their pear-pals (little tablets that stylists use to make their life easier) out and selecting their best outfits which embody “midsummer fruit”. My favourite stylist (Nikki) had a dress as smooth as silk which all kinds of fruits on it and white hair in pigtails with the ends in all kinds for colours representing fruit the whole outfit felt like a midsummer picnic so surely she would win? She does have a high whim level? The other stylists had impressive outfits too everyone has settled the bar high. I wonder who the are the people judge would choose to continue on. The commentary announced that the time to put on yout outfits in 10 seconds (they had 10 minutes which if you have a lot of items to search though to get the outfit can be a problem); everyone watching counted down from ten in sync with the commentary. At the end, the outfits were finalised and the judge would start to decide. Who will get though the preliminaries?

Appearance

How will it look like? Well, the first colour will be Blue but other colours will be made slightly later. It will look like a humpback whale with a star at the tip of the tail, also the panel to turn on the heating abilities and control temperature will be on the back. Also, the eyes will look adorable with a cute look in general!

The Whalstar has yet to be released but it's estimated that it will cost around £45 but we hope to be able to reduce the price. It is set to be released to the public by the end of summer 2025. The Whalstar will be 50cm by 40cm which is suitable for 7 year olds and up. Constellations of the sky

It was a starry sky tonight. It is unusual in the city of London, highly unusual that no-one knows how that happened. The biggest of them all was the constellation of Leo, an ambitious indeed. Rumors have been flying lately that these constellations could turn into humans. Perhaps the rumors are true? However, only one would turn into a human. As so suddenly, the constellation of Leo disappeared from the night sky…

A loud crash landed in the “backgarden” (If you consider a 5 meter squared area of grass a backgarden, well that's the standard in London); a blinding light shone for a brief moment. I, obviously, had to investigate even though it's probably a dumb idea in the first place. I exited through the backdoor and headed into the super small backgarden, I felt strange emotions: emotions that don't exist? Bravery, ambition, courage, with a sprinkle of greed? I wanted to head back in, so I did. Also, to hide form that thing like any other person would do so. I managed to get to my bedroom without any dangers.

Dear Mum,
I am writing this letter to you as thanks for the hard work. I know parenting is tough, there will always be struggles with it. However, you have always overcame it without much problems, usually. You have always looked after me well, treated me well and made sure I was safe all the time. You have always looked out for me and gave me the best opportunities for life later on, in the future(I am sure I will do well).

Times can be tough, and sometimes it feels like you're parenting 2 children instead of one but you still preserve. That's an achievement on its own! We have many wonderful memories together, going to the theaters, girls only nights and so on. You are also a wonderful shopping companion, but maybe don't rely on me so much!? Maybe, some day I will make you buy something more expensive than you would normally… Just Joking! I love you too much to do that. Don't tell dad, but I love you more than him…. Yeah, I think you were more present in my life than dad. You know, I think we just share more interests, that's probably part of the reason why as well. Also, you make wonderful dinners by the way, they are almost always delicious. So thank you for the lovely dinners!

Honestly, you're the best mum in the world (totally no bias involved) and a bit of a resilient one as well. It's obvious why, your kind, fair and all the qualities that make a great mum in my opinion. So you should be proud of yourself. Like super proud of yourself. I can't think what my life would be like without so it proves my point, you know? Once again, Thank you for being a brilliant, fabulous, wonderful mum.

Today was the day of the chaos cup, my third one participating. After being a chaos commedore 2 times in a row, I was sure I would win. But that is were I would go wrong, completely wrong. I guess my life as I know it is gone, gone with the wind. Now, you might be asking why? Perhaps for more explanation? Look, I will explain ok? Just give it a bit time to write my experience down.

The judge started to judge everyone's outfits, you know, finding the best one out of them all. I mainly watched the ones I was must interested in. Those stylists managed to proceed on in the competition. Or at least most. One of the stylist, whom I forgot the name of, was dressed incredibly werid and just… Not nice. Seriously, they looked so mismatched. I think they won't continue, and the judge agrees. After a lot of judging, it was finally Nikki's turn: this awesome stylist who I knew would have succeeded. The judge started evaluating her and the judge absolutely loved ,or at least felt like it. I looked at the amount of people that can “win” the preliminaries and at Nikki… I realised she would be the last one and this would be over very soon! Nikki succeeded and the preliminaries ended.

A day later.

I went to watch the quarterfinals but this time, my sister decided she would rather not go. I hope this one will have the most surprises and plot twists just to make her feel regret and annoyed. I luckily arrived just in time as I had to eat breakfast. In the square, there were 20 stylists compared to the 40 stylists in the preliminaries. I knew somehow that this would be tough even if it was only the quarterfinals. The commentary who was for some reason completely silent in the preliminaries, suddenly shouted “And the theme is…… Rosey sunset!” Honestly, that is a very elegant theme. Very elegant. Rose loves elegant clothes, I sure hope she regrets not coming! As if they were all robots, they got their pear-pals out immediately and started getting their outfits. That was basically in sync which is kinda impressive. I looked out for Nikki and saw her picking maybe not the must elegant clothes. She probably interpreted the theme differently then I did. Still, I got sunset vibes but perhaps not what the judge is looking for… I looked everywhere else and saw more elegant outfits. Nikki, you really stand out. The commentary stated a bit loudly “ 10… 9… 8… 7… 6… 5… 4… 3… 2… 1… 0!!” The prep time was over and outfits were finalised. Would Nikki successfully continue one?

Well, it just so happened that Nikki was called first, yes with her not-matching outfit but it might still work. The judge started to take a look, they thought it was rather interesting and unique compared to everyone, and also a bit cool-looking. I thought this would be enough for her to win.

I was wrong apparently. It was deduced that it is actually a maybe and she might get in if there are less than 10 moving forward. Now, all I could do was make a wish to the wishing one in hopes she would move on. And that is probably the only way? But still, maybe that isn't necessary. Maybe, just maybe. The next one was wearing an outfit that was pretty expected. It was amazing! When I saw it, I was literally standing still in shock. I am sure he would have success, I think I like this stylist as well. So he succeeded obviously. Which kind of sucked for Nikki. That's 1/10 stylists moving one. In the next 10 minutes, 5 stylists were reviewed and only 2 moved on. 3/10. That's 13/20 stylists left to be judged. The next was just. Epic! Very epic outfit! It really did show the “Rosey Sunset” theme. So that's another one that succeeded. 4/10 with 12 stylists left to be judged, that means for Nikki to continue, only 5 of them could succeed the 7 remaining will unfortunately but maybe fortunately would be eliminated. They say time flies when you're having fun; it really did and before I knew it, it was the last one. There were 9/10 stylists moving on. I need this to fail, to lose, to not have success. Fortunately, they failed. I do feel a bit sorry for them and absolutely in tears for Nikki. She would move on!

The quarterfinals were over, I learned that this male stylist I mentioned earlier name was Mike. Nikki was moving on so I celebrated obviously.

2 days later.

The day of the semifinals. The stylist had a whole 2 days to rest! That's basically a weekend! The day before, I told my sister about everything that happened in the quarterfinals. It was quite a lot to tell. On the bright side, my sister got jealous and decided she would watch the semifinals. So, we went back to the square to watch the semifinals, there were so few stylists! Only ten…. And 5 moving on, I predict that this Mike and Nikki would go to the finals! After about 5 minutes of waiting or so, the theme was announced (Everlasting memories); I expect a lot of retro and sweet outfits because that's I interpreted it and my interpretation is often the most popular. I could see Nikki dressing like… A music box figure? Very interesting but it does fit the theme! I wonder why a music box figure? I am sure that the outfit is a finalist worthy one. The exquisite texture on the fabric; the headpiece that is as shiny as a diamond; hair that is as classic as a Victorian doll; shoes that are worthy of Cinderella herself. She really has settled the bar high. I turned to look at my sister and she was in utter disbelief. She was staring at Nikki and how “elegant” she looked to Rose. Then Rose said with a bit of a sad tone, “I wish that I could be like Nikki, you know?” To be honest, I had no idea how to reply. Rather unfortunately, I could not find Mike anywhere: it's like he disappeared… What if he did? Then it was approaching the last seconds of the prep time. The judging has officially begun.

Nikki would be going last which, in my opinion, completely matches the statement, save the best until last. Nikki, is definitely going through and we do not need to worry about it.

We were woken up by some strange cats, they looked kinda like weasels. I immediately looked around my surroundings. We were in some field full of beautiful flowers. I looked up and saw a sky of pinky colours. I knew it, we were in some kind of fantasy world! Absolutely, beautiful and mesmerising! The cat that looks like a weasel spoke in some strange language but somehow I could grasp the meaning of it. Are you ok? Do you need some food? Welcome? Those were the meaning I guess. Wait, they can talk!? This is definitely a fantasy world! Had we been sucked into a fantasy book perhaps? I assume my friend Rose was also quite shocked, and she hates fantasy books! She prefers real-fi and sci-fi books over fantasy. We have always been polar opposites when it comes to books.

The cat introduced themselves as “Cathy”, these cats name their children weridly. They helped us get up and took us to their village, we thought that was unusual and perhaps dangerous but it was a kind gesture. Somehow they knew our species name because Cathy shouted “ Humans!” What has been going on here in the past? I hope it was a positive relation and that they are not about to imprison us for some reason. We were in luck and it turns out they likely have had a positive or neutral relationship. Cathy then asked us why we were here and we replied with “ummmmm we found a portal that apparently goes to here and we walked through and we wanted to explore here then try to find a way home.” Honestly, I still feel scared. What if in other places they didn't like humans. Cathy probably felt a little relieved that we weren't going to do something strange. Then, Cathy said: “The capital hates humans, do not ever go there while you are here” So it seems these villages have split views.

I actually decided that I just want to go home now and so did Rose. We told Cathy that we actually just want to go home but she looked a little sorrowfull, it seems like we can't go back home. What a bunch of idiots we are…. It seems like the best thing to do is to just live in the village, I guess. I would rather go home than stay here, perhaps there is way back home? Maybe, just maybe there is a way home?

Fifty headed hydra

I went to the seashore to collect some seashells. I don not know why I did so. I guess I just felt like doing it you know. I decided to swim as well, but it's probably not a good idea as the sea is still quite cold. Please don't do it I say to myself, yes Don't swim! I hate the water anyway, haha Ok, so why are you reading this? It's not your diary! So yeah, I collect seashells, I think I collect like 500 or so. I am an avid seashell fan you know? However, I did something stupid. Attempt A fifty headed hydra. Like seriously, I am not going to write 500 words in 5 minutes. You need 100+ wpm to successfully succeed in a hydra. So more words! I went on a walk by the beautiful seashore, waves lapping the shore, the waves were delightful you know, yes indeed! I stood

The train station of SWC

I walked into the station of SWC, it is busy and has been always. Trains departing from here lead to the cabins and each of them is decorated to match the theme of the cabin. Most people come to check the leaderboard. To see who's first and what place they are especially in cabin wars. During, cabin wars, I travel more frequently to other cabins so I can war everyone to check when the shields are down and then send them a war if they are neutrals or enemies to our cabin. Which is the BEST cabin: Fantasy or better known as Wintasy!

The train station is structured like any old station, with platforms and what's not. There are a lot of platforms for all the cabin trains each decorated based on the cabin's theme. In my opinion, it's quite fun to look around to see all the trains and platforms. However, my favourite is fantasy, it just looks so whimsical but Mythology is second because it looks very ancient. My favourite genre to read is fantasy and I enjoy writing it as well.

Something

A gaping hole opened in the middle of the school. It was so deep, we could not see the bottom. I also was inconveniently blocking the pathways to get around the school. I fear we will not get back home, like never get back home… I guess we will have to enjoy school for the rest of our lives. Yay! Honestly, I feel so happy that I don't have to leave school as I enjoy school a bit more than home. However, I still want to go home you know…

So suddenly, A kid shouted “Votes to go plummet into the abyss!!!” That was the most ridiculous thing ever said. Like, why would I want to jump into a hole where I can't even see the bottom? Kids these days are absolutely dumb and ridiculous. Even though I am a kid myself, I do not act like any of them. Then someone screamed: "Okay, one vote to plummet into the abyss!! Like, would you want to do something bad to yourself? (Well, you might survive, there could be a whole other world there). Then more kids voted to jump into the humongous hole like you want to do something that has a whole chance of permanently changing your life? Yeah, doing something absolutely stupid. That's probably a stereotype at this point. After about a quarter of the kids said they would jump into the hole. They jumped into it and potentially plummeted to their deaths. They will never be seen again.

Look, it's a ladybug!” Kia shouted. All the other students were in absolute awe, it has been a long time since most people have seen a ladybug. They say that 5 years ago all the ladybugs disappeared. Today, we have proven that wrong. I replied “Surely, that's a ladybug? They disappeared 5 years ago didn't they?” The ladybug's coat reflected in Sam's eye, making him more excited than ever. He thought “Guys, let's report to the government! Nah, I am just joking. We should keep it to ourselves.” They all stared at the beautiful red cover of the ladybug, they were all mesmerised by it. I actually tried to pay attention to the lesson we were in but the ladybug was too distracting. Then, the teacher raised her voice and stated “ It's just a bug, now go back to my lesson!” Well, that would not work obviously. Ladybugs are extremely rare now. “But it's a Ladybug! It's supposed to be extinct!”, someone shouted. Then the teacher replied “It could just be fake for all we know.” It upsetted students a lot. Although, it was a weird incident so I enjoyed it while it lasted. The rest of the lesson passed without any disturbances.

30 minutes later.

The school bell rang symbolising the start of period 3. I was suddenly startled when Kia stated “The…The ladybug talked! It really did!” I was shocked at this, like how can a ladybug talk? I think I should just go to my next class and move on.

“Welcome to the Scratch city” the sign said. The city was a bustling centre of creativity, artists, coders and whats not. Let's take a look at the studios first perhaps? Or the Projects? There are many ways to start off your adventure here in the Scratch city. Rather unfortunately, the process to enter the scratch city is highly complicated that I completely forgot…. Wait, does having the ‘scratcher’ status one requirement to enter the city? See, look, I am completely confused with the requirements and process yet I still got in. Impressive right? Well, perhaps I will visit the artists gallery first? I heard there's some extremely high technology in there!

Me and Emma were traveling though the claustrophobic vent, glad none of us were claustrophobic. We had to do this mission; successfully. It was our only chance to defeat the dark one. He who corrupts. He who no one knows the name. He who spreads evilness. For that is his nicknames, no one actually knows the name (who's living at least). He took my family from me, and now he deserves his punishment. He will be erased from existence, he shall not stand on this planet anymore. Then, so suddenly….

“Eh… I may have accepted powers from the dark one…. Please don't throw me out…” A voice came from behind me. I then suddenly realised it was Emma, the one who I trusted the most, who I confided in. I was lied to. Traitor. Enemy. Nemesis. All those kind of words came flooding through my head. I said ever so loudly “You are a traitor to me, to us. Aren't you?” I didn't give much thought to what I was saying. “How Da-” I was interrupted by Emma who replied with “Look I can explain, everything. But we don't have time.”. She was correct, rumbling noises could be heard. “So I will give you the summary. twenty long years ago, I was threatened by him, ever accept it or die… I didn't really have a choice, they kept trying to take control. You have to believe, I swear I told the truth” Emma whispered. “Hmm fine” I replied, still not fully trusting her.

Actually, I heard the newsagent was open. I am not hundred percent sure. So why are you reading this? You are not me. Like seriously. I don't really know what to writ. I went to the shop and bought an newspaper. It had an nice headline.I guess? Hydras are mythological creatures that exist said the newspaper. Honestly, this is not fake news? I am shocked right now. Much shockness indeed. I actually like hydras you now. They are underrated creatures to be honest. They are from Greek mythology. The newspaper showed an image of a hydra terrorising the local town. I think it's fake, I haven't seen one? But I read the article. It turned out to be an April fools joke. Very funny indeed. It was a nice surprise in my opinion. I hope others enjoyed it. It was really funny. Like seriously.

Psst Let me tell you something. I wrote more for the first cabin wars because of pressure when I woke up and more motivation this time. I will explain the pressure one. When I woke up, there was like one 2000 war and a 4500 war half way completed. So I had to write and write in an attempt to save my dearest cabin, fantasy. Also take notice I am not a quick writer. Thankfully, someone came online before both wars ended and we were saved. Saved from losing points. However, I didn't have that pressure this time around. Also motivation, I had motivation to continue my Infinity Nikki fanfiction and that was the biggest contribution but this time, I found it was getting repetitive and a bit boring to some extent. I had practically no motivation this time. What a shame, what a shame.

At the end, the outfits were finalised and the judge would start to decide. Who will get through the preliminaries?

The judge started to judge everyone's outfits, you know, finding the best one out of them all. I mainly watched the ones I was most interested in. Those stylists managed to proceed on in the competition. Or at least most. One of the stylists, whom I forgot the name of, was dressed incredibly weird and just… Not nice. Seriously, they looked so mismatched. I think they won't continue, and the judge agrees. After a lot of judging, it was finally Nikki's turn: this awesome stylist who I knew would have succeeded. The judge started evaluating her and the judge absolutely loved ,or at least felt like it. I looked at the amount of people that can “win” the preliminaries and at Nikki… I realised she would be the last one and this would be over very soon! Nikki succeeded and the preliminaries ended.

A day later.

I went to watch the quarterfinals but this time, my sister decided she would rather not go. I hope this one will have the most surprises and plot twists just to make her feel regret and annoyed. I luckily arrived just in time as I had to eat breakfast. In the square, there were 20 stylists compared to the 40 stylists in the preliminaries. I knew somehow that this would be tough even if it was only the quarterfinals. The commentary who was for some reason completely silent in the preliminaries, suddenly shouted “And the theme is…… Rosey sunset!” Honestly, that is a very elegant theme. Very elegant. Rose loves elegant clothes, I sure hope she regrets not coming! As if they were all robots, they got their pear-pals out immediately and started getting their outfits. That was basically in sync which is kinda impressive. I looked out for Nikki and saw her picking maybe not the most elegant clothes. She probably interpreted the theme differently than I did. Still, I got sunset vibes but perhaps not what the judge is looking for… I looked everywhere else and saw more elegant outfits. Nikki, you really stand out. The commentary stated a bit loudly “ 10… 9… 8… 7… 6… 5… 4… 3… 2… 1… 0!!” The prep time was over and outfits were finalised. Would Nikki successfully continue one?

Well, it just so happened that Nikki was called first, yes with her not-matching outfit but it might still work. The judge started to take a look, they thought it was rather interesting and unique compared to everyone, and also a bit cool-looking. I thought this would be enough for her to win.

I was wrong apparently. It was deduced that it is actually a maybe and she might get in if there are less than 10 moving forward. Now, all I could do was make a wish to the wishing one in hopes she would move on. And that is probably the only way? But still, maybe that isn't necessary. Maybe, just maybe. The next one was wearing an outfit that was pretty expected. It was amazing! When I saw it, I was literally standing still in shock. I am sure he would have success, I think I like this stylist as well. So he succeeded obviously. Which kind of sucked for Nikki. That's 1/10 stylists moving one. In the next 10 minutes, 5 stylists were reviewed and only 2 moved on. 3/10. That's 13/20 stylists left to be judged. The next was just. Epic! Very epic outfit! It really did show the “Rosey Sunset” theme. So that's another one that succeeded. 4/10 with 12 stylists left to be judged, that means for Nikki to continue, only 5 of them could succeed the 7 remaining will unfortunately but maybe fortunately would be eliminated. They say time flies when you're having fun; it really did and before I knew it, it was the last one. There were 9/10 stylists moving on. I need this to fail, to lose, to not have success. Fortunately, they failed. I do feel a bit sorry for them and absolutely in tears for Nikki. She would move on!

The quarter finals were over, I learned that this male stylist I mentioned earlier, his name was Mike. Nikki was moving on so I celebrated obviously.

2 days later.

The day of the semifinals. The stylist had a whole 2 days to rest! That's basically a weekend! The day before, I told my sister about everything that happened in the quarterfinals. It was quite a lot to tell. On the bright side, my sister got jealous and decided she would watch the semifinals. So, we went back to the square to watch the semifinals, there were so few stylists! Only ten…. And 5 moving on, I predict that this Mike and Nikki will go to the finals! After about 5 minutes of waiting or so, the theme was announced (Everlasting memories); I expected a lot of retro and sweet outfits because that's how I interpreted it and my interpretation is often the most popular. I could see Nikki dressing like… A music box figure? Very interesting but it does fit the theme! I wonder why a music box figure? I am sure that the outfit is a finalist worthy one. The exquisite texture on the fabric; the headpiece that is as shiny as a diamond; hair that is as classic as a Victorian doll; shoes that are worthy of Cinderella herself. She really has settled the bar high. I turned to look at my sister and she was in utter disbelief. She was staring at Nikki and how “elegant” she looked to Rose. Then Rose said with a bit of a sad tone, “I wish that I could be like Nikki, you know?” To be honest, I had no idea how to reply. Rather unfortunately, I could not find Mike anywhere: it's like he disappeared… What if he did? Then it was approaching the last seconds of the prep time. The judging has officially begun.

Nikki would be going last which, in my opinion, completely matches the statement, save the best until last. Nikki is definitely going through and we do not need to worry about it. When my head turned left, I saw a sign saying “Enter the raffle, have a chance to be the guest judge.” and well I was tempted by it. A chance to judge Nikki's outfit in the finals! Who wouldn't want it? So I filled out the form for the raffle neatly and folded it, slipping it into the box. Using whimtech, a sign showed up saying results will be revealed tomorrow; 2 days before the finals. I turned around to Rose and whispered ”Pssst have you seen the sign and raffle station?” I take a pause. “Where you have a chance to be a guest judge? I entered! I don't know if it was a good idea or not however…” As soon as I finished, the verdict on Nikki arrived and…. and…. and…. Nikki was moving on yay! However, Mike was nowhere to be seen. Where was he?

I went back home with my sister to have dinner and await the news of the raffle. It was a yummy dinner as always and I went to bed.

Morning rises as I wake up and it was a beautiful day. As well as getting back the results of the raffle. I wonder who would win the raffle to be a guest judge. I walked rather quietly to the front door and checked the letter box; I saw the letter sent by the raffle official and quickly opened it. It was addressed to me right? The letter said (in a summary) that the person who won the raffle was living in my house. Yes, my house. The person was… ummmmm… my sister? Since when she entered the raffle? No wait I read wrong, it's actually…. actually… me! Yes, me! I can’t believe it! Like, would I be a good judge in the first place? To be honest, I actually don’t want to be a judge anymore… but it’s too late to drop out. Then, the letter stated to head to the stylist’s guild at 9 O’clock on Friday. I told my sister and showed the letter to her. She then whispered “So… so this raffle thingy. You won it?” I replied with “um yeah.” Rose had a face of concern and was shocked, she didn’t want to believe it.

Friday arrived.

I woke up as usual and got ready to head out for the Stylist’s guild to get ready for the finals. At nine, I went out and headed off to the guild. When I arrived, I entered through the door and admired the inside. It was stunning. Then someone who managed the contest came up to me and said “Are you the guest judge selected through the raffle? Are you Erika Moon?” and I replied with “yeah?” Then he took me to some private meeting where I guess the judges would introduce themselves? The door swung open and I saw 2 other people: Mike?? And the original judge. “Welcome, I guess? I presume you’re the guest judge” someone said with a charming voice. Then the original judge introduced himself as “I am Samantha Dean, the host of the contest, what's your name?” I assumed this was directed at me and I politely said “Erika Moon”. I then just realised how massive the whiteboard was. This is such a luxury. “Now, let the meeting commence.” Samantha semi-shouted. I thought ”What was the meeting about?”.
