About me!
- Hi there! So, uh… past the whole roleplaying aspect of the original response……. my name is Sketch. I enjoy a lot of activities past coding and drawing, though drawing is my main hobby. I also enjoy archery, baking peach cobblers, roller/ice skating, taxidermy, and composing songs for
@-EA_Reanimated-

I have 1 dog and 1 cat, as well as a previously mentioned fish named Cheeto.
My dog's name is Thalia (named after Thalia Grace from Percy Jackson to match with my friend's dog who is named Percy ) We got her from a breeder, who breeds German Shepherds. She is a Sable, Long-furred German Shepherd. I'm pretty sure she's the first pure-bred we've ever had???idk. Anyway, she is energetic and so very spoiled. But she's also so very smart- and knows a cavalcade of tricks. Though, she gets them mixed up a lot. She also tends to nibble on my sweaters. Which is both cute and annoying.

My cat's name is Simba. We got him off the road and have been taking care of him ever since he was a kitten. My dad was going to name him Road-kill, but we decided to go with Simba because we'd just watched the live-action Lion King the night before. He's super sweet and is very patient with people getting in his space. He's surprisingly great around toddlers. He also does this weird scooping thing with his paws. Like, he scoops up his food with his paws like a human. Maybe it's because he was raised by humans instead of his mom? He loves to knock stuff over too, so y'know, typical cat behavior.

Activity
I check scratch every day, and I'm always on it, doing some sort of project or roleplaying. So… solid 8/10 if not 9/10.

Longevity
I never kill off my characters because it always feels as if I'm wasting their potential. When I ever become bored of a character I just go:
“Yeah, sure, playing this character has been tedious, but that's only because I haven't developed them to the point that they become interesting.”

Writing experience?
I've had about 2-3 years of unofficial writing experience. I've roleplayed in the Silver Shores, Generations, The Four/Five Clans, and a lot of small rp's that are now unfortunately inactive. Here's some more examples, not including the Honeybumble and Smokeshiver rp:

I've also taking a lot of classes that aren't exactly writing classes, but have helped me further my language:
9th grade Language Arts
AP Language Composition
AP Seminar
AP Research

Why do you want this kit?
There is a number of reasons that I'd want this kit that I couldn't entail in the original project. Here's a list of them from least to greatest:

5. I think the placement of this kit within the Generations storyline is interesting. His parents are a deputy and a loner, which really piqued my interest. What sort of dynamic is that? Wouldn't Shellseeker's clanmates' question this? Maybe not. I feel as if Generations is more lenient towards those kinds of relationships. Well, definitely more lenient than the silver shores.

4. Continuing with the whole placement thing, the fact that both his parents have killed multiple cats is endearingly funny to me. Like. How did this even happen. Did they just gravitate towards each other? Maybe they knew each other since Calla was previously a part of Urchinclan…?
Just looking at the thumbnail of the original project, I think they'd be very….. interesting parents.

3. More littermates. My previous cat, Honeybumble only had two littermates. Only one was actually active. With Victorykit, there'd be a lot more dynamics I'd be able to explore depending on the winners.

2. The design is stunning and gorgeous. An absolute thrill to draw as well. If someone else wins Victorykit, I want to draw a ref for them as a gift.

1. My number one reason for wanting Victorykit is just….the vibe? I know, it sounds stupid. But when I was listening to music I came across this litter, took one look at Victorykit, and something just…clicked for me. I don't know why or how I got here. I usually don't put this much effort in litter applications. But I'd really love to roleplay as this character.

Why should you have this kit?
Like I said before, I don't want to say I should have this kit. But for what it's worth, I can entail my strengths and weaknesses during RP if it'll help you make the decision.

Weaknesses:
- Often times I find myself hesitant to respond to RP messages due to the fact that I am not always sure which direction I should take when it comes to roleplaying. For example, if someone were to respond in the RP in a way that finishes the characters conversation, I'd be forced to make a new conversation or end rp. The timing between the two has always been a bit…. iffy for me. So, I hesitate. This hesitation ranges from 18 hours to 24 and above. It's not something I'm proud of. But it's something I'm working on.

- I also hesitate on starting RPs sometimes. But I have some previously constructed intros set up, and when the going gets tough I use a generator. But I've very rarely used the latter.

Strengths:
- I think I'm quite well in conveying character emotion (*See Honeybumble and Smokeshive rp in original entry*). Whenever I rp, I always think of what the character would do in response and range. By range, I mean to what degree is the emotion. When I think of degree I think of the character's social battery, what's the current situation and how does that tie into what they believe. How dedicated are they to those beliefs? How lenient are they to the emotions and actions of other cats? Ect.

- During rp, I always use the opportunity of roleplay to extend the character and add more layers of complexities to them. It's like when someone asks you a question. You construct an answer based on what you believe and on the information you've been given. When more information is added, you backtrack on what you said and construct a new answer.
For example:
“What's your opinion on government abolishment?” My first answer would be, “Well, if the government was working to enrich the certain class and not the whole people, then yeah. Abolish it.” BUT if a person were to add, “ What's your opinion on democratic government abolishment.” My original statement would still stand, but I have to re-think my response within the context of a democratic government, and the tendencies of such a government in order to achieve a response that would satisfy myself and others.
The more detail I receive, the more choices I am able to make. This way, I develop the character further.

Personality (simplified + detailed)
DETAILED PERSONALITY AND REPRESENTATION:
- This section is an extension of the personality section of Victorykit. It explains some of his psychology and what themes he embodies and lives by.
This section is to help show what makes Victory. What makes him tick. What makes him, Victorykit.

Themes that Victory represents: Justice and Morality. Nature vs. Nurture. Living in the present. Acceptance vs. Hope.

====Justice and Morality===============>
First and foremost, Victory is a character that represents good-will. Though his colder and arrogant attitude may hide it, he wishes prosperity and peace for all cats. Even the cats he views as enemies.
His noble nature stems from multiple facets of his life away from his parents and family, like his mentor and his friends. He surrounds himself with kind, good-hearted cats that enable him to reject the teachings and nature of his parents. And that's when things really start to get interesting.

=============Nature vs. Nurture:====================>
- It has been stated before that Calla and Shellseeker are……morally questionable in their actions.

Murder. Specifically the murder.

When Victory finds out that Calla and Shellseeker have murdered before, it makes him sick to his stomach. But he just can't leave. He loves them. He loves his family. It's all he's really got, when you come down to it. He made him who he is. That's why he's so hesitant to let them go. That's why he refuses to ever let them go. They're his family. His blood. He believes he must remain loyal exclusively to them. This is a huge character point for him:
“Is blood thicker than water?”
Well, eventually he finds out that the answer is yes.

But blood refers to the blood bonds in battle. Alongside your clanmates. Alongside your friends. These bonds are stronger than the water of the womb. Stronger than the bonds he holds with his family.

With this revelation, he thinks about his parents and if they've atoned for their actions or even felt sorry. He doesn't know. But he knows that one day they'll have to face justice. He can only hope that Starclan will have mercy on them.

====================Living in the present:========================>
All that thinking up above doesn't suit Victory at all.
He wants to live and never regret anything in life. That is his main goal.
Cats like Shellseeker often live in the past, haunted by events that long passed. Calla clearly looks towards the future, working towards her own goals.
But Victory lives in the present, taking in every moment before it passes him.

=================================================Acceptance vs. Hope===========>
A huge area of question for Victory is whether he accepts his parent's actions or holds out hope for them. That's his own personal conflict. If he stays focused on this, however, he won't fulfill his goals of living life as it is. So, he tends to procrastinate on this issue and distract himself from it. For now, he holds out hope.

Parental relations
As stated before, Victory loves his parents. He wants to see them happy. But if seeing them happy means allowing others to die, then…. he's not entirely sure it's worth it. Knowing that his parents have murdered before makes him feel extremely uneasy. He wants them to be better but isn't sure if he can help them towards that goal. This is due to the fact that his parents don't really recognize their actions to be negative. If they refuse to admit mistakes, then what hope does he have? Even so, he doesn't give up, and that takes a toll on his mental health. To repeatedly try and fail to help his parents really shakes him to the core.

He's always believed he was victorious and unstoppable. But when it comes to his parents….? No. He's not. It makes him insecure and forces him to question his accomplishments. He wouldn't be here without his parents. Are they truly that above him? For once in his life, he sits in silence.
For he does not know.

Allegiance
Urchinclan. But this may change as the story progresses.

Previous cats
Honeybumble's been my only generations character so far. Ugh I miss her so much :')

Extended Trivia and OTHER (extra codeword hidden inside)

- Victorykit will hold their mentor to a high standard. He believes that a teacher is to be most revered (in other words he's a teacher's pet.). He will constantly say, “yes, sir!” or “yes, ma'am” or “yes mx!” to anything they ask of him.

- He calls Calla ‘Momma’ and Shellseeker, ‘Mother.’

- He might act annoyed by his siblings being immature or is just annoyed by their antics in general. But he really loves them no matter what.

- Furthering his relationship with Shellseeker, he's actually very proud of his mother being the deputy. It makes him feel almost royal.

- His future sexuality is aroace/demisexual

- His favorite prey is snapper. He likes fighting them.

- His least favorite prey is shrimp. For various reasons including, but not limited to:
- ‘They’re too small to fulfill hunger of any sort.'
- ‘They taste…rather strange… and gritty…?’
- ‘ I keep choking on it’s shell. Are you trying to kill
me?'

- Victory's favorite activity in his free-time is sun-bathing and drawing in the sand.

- Victory has an extensive 10 step fur-care routine that he follows to a tee.
- 1. Sleep in the morning, sun-high, and dusk.
- 2. Always attend sharing tongues.
- 3. Avoid seawater as much as possible.

-4. Groom fur whenever there's a given chance.
-5. Add herbs like rosemary, lavender, and mint
to give yourself a scent [ only use this
treatment once a month as to not over-stimulate your fur]
-6. If anyone gives you a flower crown, find what
type of flower they used to determine whether
you should wear it or not. [But always keep the crown.
It's rude to throw away gifts.]
- 7. If you ever have to wash your fur with water,
always use fresh water.
-8. Avoid dirt as much as possible.
-9. Eat fish. Fish has protective oils and benefits
for your fur.
-10. Always groom yourself after a fight. Try to
wash in fresh water to clean up blood.

- He worries about Calla. The abandoned McDonald's
scares him. Her cult scares him.

- Calla secretly scares him. He doesn't smile because her cult scares him so bad.

- Fun fact: The symbol: ⚜ is called fleur-de-lis. He tends to draw this symbol often in the sand. It represents courage, peace, war, strength, and nobility.
