Was a little late here, but Muffets Fight is almost pure muscle memory, and ends after 17(?) turns. I would recommend stocking up on hotdogs from Sans's nearby hotlands stand, you can also pay Muffet on particularly hard attacks and the damage she does will be reduced

If you don't have a lot of money, you should grind hotland encounters and spare them (Assuming you're doing Pacifist) for some extra G.

I agree with this! !!!SPOILERS!!! I connect with the theory that Chara is, well, mentally unstable in a way, (!SPOILERS! They did do that plan with Asriel, so. . .), but ultimately is a chaotic-neutral kind of character. Now, in Geno, they seem ultimately evil, wanting to erase the world, but its not their fault, rather yours - Thats what the game reinforces, after all, in almost every part of Geno. So, it seems that Chara isn’t evil, rather yours influenced them to become evil, to strive for the sustenance that is LV. But thats just a theory, I guess.

You both got it exactly. Chara is silent in every route except geno because the player's choices, not Chara's, corrupted Chara and made them power-hungry. Sans only fights you on geno for the same reason: they both want the player to learn that their choices have consequences. Chara taints your SAVE forever as a constant reminder of what you did.

Actually, speaks during every route if you believe the Chara narrator theory.
Also! There's a solid chance that at the end of the pacifist route (Spoilers, though I'd be surprised if anyone here didn't know the entire games lore), during the final fight with Asriel, before you can save Asriel, you are given the prompt to save “???”, who is most likely Chara, as after selecting “???” the cutscene of Chara's fall plays

I feel ashamed. . . I did not know this. Is it particular to any game version / patch of the game? I haven't really seen it anywhere. (Not questioning its actual existence btw, this is totally something that I think would be in UT.)
